If your looking for a storage facility open 24 hrs and made of gold this probably not the place for you. Now if you need somewhere to store you junk that you, and only you think is valuable and safe at the best price in all of town this is the best place. The guys that work here do a stand up job especially for customer service billing and everything. I would know (being one of the annoying customers) because the guys and customer service tries to address all of your problems and concerns . Also a lot like other people I like a good deal without sacrificing quality and service. If you look online at the right time you can even can some pretty good move in specials and you don’t even have to twist their arms for it . Thanks.

Not well kept at all, lot has huge of holes and my camper along with 6 others was broken into after 7 months of the gate being broken and left wide open. The next day magically fixed. Property manger didn’t even act like he cared. I get that he has probably has an ear full that day, but you still have to show empathy. Storage rentals Didn’t try to make it right. I understand we sign releases stating they aren’t liable, but their end of the deal isn’t kept it should be on them. I was never overly impressed I had been there 2 years and after the theft and then not trying to rectify I’m out.

Went there yesterday (7/29/24) to meet with Frank, the property manager at the Murfreesboro TN location. Nothing but professional and courteous on all levels, not to mention still a great quality storage unit but much cheaper than 5 other facilities I called. Definitely will recommend to friends n family and will use again in the future if needed, thanks again y’all!

I have been storing my items at this location for years. During the stay each time I go in and have a question or issue Frank has responded and resolved my situation. I want to thank the office for still being in person and having great customer support I will continue to use this location as long as I’m in the area. It’s safe and the price is very reasonable as well spacious.

Rented a 40 foot slot to park my enclosed trailer and boat on 5/30/24. The boat was parked there at this time, but not our enclosed trailer. Went in today to park my trailer after we were done with it to find out that my trolling motor with a transducer that goes with the front mounted depth finder, was stolen off of my boat and they made an attempt to get the main motor off the boat. There was rash of theft of people's property over the last week and we got ZERO NOTIFICATION from the managers. The gate, which they said was broken and would be fixed within the week, has been broken for months according to another person who stores their stuff here and the MPD. No lights work on open parking lot and most of the cameras are out, even though the ones that are up can be viewed in office, but they'll tell you they have cameras viewing everything.
DO NOT PUT ANYTHING OF YOURS IN THIS STORAGE UNIT!!!
