CVS #6420 is the worst pharmacy I've dealt with in 50 years across 5 states. No cooperation whatsoever with the CVS Caremark Mail Order, especially regarding emergency fills on lost shipments. Chelsea was unwillingly to work with Caremark, even with it being under the CVS health umbrella.

After yesterday's horrible experience at Walgreens, I went to CVS today. They were busy and I had to wait a bit, but that was to be expected. The staff was friendly, they greeted me, and I got my vaccine with no issues. (She was actually amazing with the shot).

I used the drive thru for covid testing and the new web site at CVS to get my results. Both went fine I waited at the drive thru pharm for awhile, did my test, then got results in 2 days via the web site. No problems, the pharmacist was nice, my results came in faster than I expected.

I came here yesterday and sat in line outside to pick up my prescription for an hour and a half. I finally went inside after my daughter woke up and was irritable about sitting in the car. The girl asked for my birthday and when I told her June... she said she couldn't find anything and confirmed my birthday as 04/../.... I said no it's June.... So she tried again said I can't find anything and read back my birthday as 04/../.... I said what is the number four for? She said "June." I said "June is the sixth month of the year. It's 06/../...." She attempted again and still with 04 representing June. Finally someone helped her and then I was told that it wasn't ready and maybe later that night. I sat in hold later that night to check the status of prescription and no one ever answered. I called this morning and sat on hold for an hour again and no answer. Now I am sitting in line again to pick my prescription up and it's been almost 40 minutes. Even when you walk into the store there is no associate anywhere to be found, or she is sitting in a stool behind the counter on her phone.

I have the worst time getting my medication filled at this location. If it was an occasional issue, I could understand. It is basically guaranteed to be an issue here every time. I haven't had this problem with the same medications at other pharmacies.
