Tried to over charge my mother 3X over the amount for a new prescription and claimed they do not accept GoodRX. However, looking at the GoodRX app, it is eligible. We ended up having to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. This ended in delaying my mother in getting her meds.

CVS is the absolute worst for triggering patients. If you want to get really upset, call the Broad Street location. By the time you get to the actual point that you can speak to someone you'll be pissed. But wait there's more, they don't answer the phone. You actually have to leave a voicemail. I don't know what idiot thought this was a good idea but it's not. If my insurance didn't pretty much require me to go here, I'd NEVER use any CVS pharmacy. The corporate people should be made to listen to that stupid automated phone message for about 24 hours straight.
The staff here in the pharmacy is great and they can only work with the tools the company provides but CVS as a company as far as customer convenience sucks. I will also say about a year ago my grandkids and I were in the store when a little black boy came in. The cashier tried to make him leave his bag at the counter. I stepped in and asked her why she didn't ask me to leave my bag. We got into a whole thing with it ending with the little boy NOT leaving his bag at the counter. This store is in a disadvantaged area and should stop racial profiling CHILDREN.

The app is hard to use and I have to go from store to store to get my refills on insulin. One store can't see what the other store is doing. Phone system is hard to navigate. I'm only here because of insurance. Worst company ever.

Good afternoon, I had prescription to pick up today. Store# 6420. CVS is my pharmacy of choice. I've always had exceptional customer service. I struggle with MS, so today my cognitive was off and I stuttered, so my speech slow to respond. Because of the drug issues in the US, I totally understand protocol. I gave my ID to the young lady at the windows. As always the pharmacist comes to make sure aware you're aware of the dangers while taking oxycodone. She asked where was the person on the id. While looking at my face and the car. She says "wheres the person on this ID." I asked her what was she talking about. I told her it was me.She was very evasive. I'm from Texas and I go back and forth .She then began to give me a long lecture about changing my ID. I could see her distrust. At this point I'm feeling like she's racist. Then she decides to go protocol after that lengthy lecture. I was given something to sign, which once again. But this was the first-time I did this. Not just Tenn ,but states as well. I was already notified feeling well, and. She made me feel like I was type of cracke head or something. If she had asked, I had other forms of ID.Hopefully I will never have to deal with her again. I like the other pharmacist, because she made me feel special. Being 66yrs old, that matters. Thank you.

I have been a customer of CVS on se broad for about 7 years and never once in that 7 yrs have I felt my needs were not met or concerned that they didn't know what they were doing The pharmacist Rachel and Darla are the most knowledgeable pharmacist I have ever met and they have the biggest heart and make you feel like family!!!! The techs every single one of them always have a smile for me and an answer to my question and have never once mad me feel like they didn't care!!!! I truly believe this team deserves a raise they work harder then any other pharmacy I have ever seen to meet our needs in every way!!!! I love going to see them and enjoy their company they make me feel like family and CVS is extremely lucky to have this team on their crew!!!! Thanks you guys for everything you do!!!! CVS should be more grateful to you guys as well!!!!

Despite the store's lack of organization, the staff and service were excellent. They had the item I was looking for in stock.
