This pharmacy is rude, don't pay attention to what they are giving you and saying it's something else and try to change your meds without consent

I visited CVS Pharmacy yesterday around 6 PM to pick up my medication, and I was very disappointed with my experience. I had to wait for approximately 30 minutes, which felt like an eternity, especially after a long day at work. The line was long, and the pharmacy was chaotic, with employees running back and forth between customers inside and the drive-thru.
While I was waiting, I observed an employee with red short hair who seemed visibly upset as she went back and forth between the pharmacy and the drive-thru. She was trying to find someone's medication in the fridge, and I overheard a coworker mentioning that no one ever sorts the medication alphabetically. Later, that same employee then loudly exclaimed, "If anyone starts being rude, I swear I will walk out," which was very unprofessional. Keep in mind, none of the customers inside had said anything about the delay or been rude.
Given the lack of organization and unprofessional behavior, I will be asking my doctor to send my prescriptions to a different pharmacy in the future. I hope CVS takes the necessary steps to improve service and professionalism.

pharmacy technician had a terrible attitude. Instead of being helpful, If you’re in healthcare, you should at least try to be courteous to patients.

They are totally incompetent
The cashier acts like he doesn't want to be there. Then he tells us it'll be an hour before it's ready. We pull out of the parking lot only to get a text it was ready. That's after texting us twice that it wasn't ready to be filled. Which it was.
If you can go anywhere else
... then do it.

Today’s window attendant was not great. As a matter of description he is of Asian descent. He did not greet me and was unengaged when dangling the prescription from the window with his head remaining far back inside. It was not a cold day but his attitude was. “Here ya go” is barely a nice way to say THANK YOU !

I would give zero stars if it were an option for this pharmacy. They've asked the last 4 times if one of my prescrips has been changed and I tell them yes and to delete the old one but won't. I have a prescrip my r office called in but they won't fil it because it's 2 days too early even though I am out of it. And lastly even when you're in line for over 20 min because they are slow as possible when 6 o'clock hits on a Sat they close the windows and says too bad, get here earlier. When in fact I was and they don't care.

Came in on 7/27 at 4:30. Cashier was mad that people were in line, so she barges up there saying “Jesus Christ” and slams the door to get behind the counter. Weird behavior from an adult at work lol

Keep saying my medication is out of stock and that they have to order it and then it says should be there in a couple of days however it’s been over a week and it’s still out of stock. Maybe they need to keep some on hand and not try to order it every time it’s prescribed. I’m going to find a new pharmacy. This is getting ridiculous. I would love to see them go without their medication.

Apparently the pharmacy staff leaves for lunch early instead of 1:30 when they’re supposed to/as listed on the hours. Very inconsiderate for customers who make an effort to get there before 1:30.

The CVS on Memorial has the BEST Staff in all of Murfreesboro. Knowledgeable of CVS guidelines, they understand how their systems work, they are friendly and always willing to stop what they are doing to help! Give these employees a raise and clone them!

I would leave another review, since I've had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy. I've gotten texts that my prescriptions were ready gotten to the pharmacy and they weren't ready. I don't know why I've kept using them for so long but the techs are rude even when you are nice to them. I literally have had my last straw tonight. I waited in the driveway for 10 minutes. At 5:59, the attendant, tech whomever it was came to the window and said that they closed. And she couldn't help me and watched the clock turn over to 6. They're everytime very unprofessional and slow. I'm so done. If anybody reads this I'll recommend using someone else anyone.
