Not the specific pharmacy, but the text reply messaging service STINKS. I replied multiple times to fill a prescription and when I arrived, it had not been filled. This system needs an OVERHAUL.

Went to pick up a prescription at this location and was in line well before 130. But due to the slow nature of the employee inside, didnt get up to the window until after 130. Mind you there was already a car in front of me that was waiting. Got to the window and was told to come back at 2. I understand your need for a lunch. What I don't understand is the customer service skills of just blowing someone off and ignoring them. Not impressed at all with the customer service at this location.

Horrible service. Called a refill in at 7:30a this morning and the system said it should be ready by noon. Sat in line at 3:30pm and when I got to the window the little girl with a mask on was mumbling so I couldn't understand her and then still took 30 minutes to fill the order, never communicating why it was taking so long. DONE! I've tried showing up and getting meds, calling them in, or dropping off. It doesn't matter, they have horrible customer service and can't hit a deadline to save their life! Going to Kroger pharmacy ASAP!

Wife tried to get prescription. They tried to charge full price even though she told them our insurance changed. Instead of asking for the new insurance info they kept trying to charge full price. Gave them the new insurance info and they told her they are about to close for lunch and told her to come back. Went back later and the pharmacy was closed. Wife thought they close at 7pm but they close at 6pm. I wish I was there when they told her to come back because I would have gone Karen on them. Not a very convenient place to go. If you are "serving" somebody whose been waiting in line, you don't tell them to come back. Never had this issue with Walmart. By the way, my wife is a nurse. There are many days she has no time to take a real lunch break because of her patients' needs.

phone lines don’t work i guess. i’m in a lot of pain. my dentist sent in a prescription at 3 pm today. on the app shows not received yet. it’s now 6:50 pm. i’ve been on hold for almost 2 hours now. well no one has even answered yet. i’m still in the music waiting. i HAVE to pick it up tonight and apparently they close in an hour. not to mention their hold music sucks. they need to update their menu options. always pushing for vax and mobile app. takes 4-5 minutes to even get to the hold music tone. ridiculous

They have messed up my maintenance prescriptions in every way possible. Last week they totally cancelled my prescriptions while the whole state was shut down with 7" of snow and I couldn't get there, so now I'm jumping. Through hoops with my dr to try to get the prescription re-written. I called and asked them to mail them to me and they said they would but that they couldn't take the payment and I'd have to call somewhere else to pay for it before they could do it. Just insane. Some of it may be a cvs process problem but this store is a mess The staff has terrible customer service, no one has any sense of urgency. I've sat in a 4 car line for 25 minutes before.

Even by pharmacy standards this place is unimaginably slow and inefficient. Like… wow. This is based on 4 visits at different times, not just one.

Great store. Very organized and clean. Employees are great. Used this specific store regularly for many years probably over a decade. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. Pharmacy is great and very accommodating. We now get all our vaccines here for expediency. Never ever had a bad experience on the years I have used this store.

We've been to ER 3x this week with a sick child. The Pharmacy drive thru lines are RIDICULOUS. I call in to use YOUR automated system to see when our RX will be ready. It says 12:38. I show up at 12:40 & was treated rude & horribly by the floating pharmacist (Lieeta, sp?) telling me I should never trust the automated system and to come back in 20 min! Well ya'll shut every down for lunch in 30 min. NO other pharmacy in town does that! I've already been caught in that nightmare this week. I'm the customer. I'm sick of hearing about ur short staff problem . Pay someone more money...do whatever you have to do CVS....but DO BETTER! And please get rid of that rude Pharmacist! We're in Open Enrollment. I'm requesting our company choose a different pharmacy!
