The staff is often friendly, helpful, and engaging with a fantastic attitude. The store is clean, including the restrooms. However, experiences can vary. Some departments may lack experienced staff, leading to disappointing service or improper customer communication. On weekends, the store can get quite crowded. There have been instances of errors at checkout and delays with refunds, though customer service can resolve issues satisfactorily. For specific items like fishing gear for crappie or panfish, the selection can be very limited. Prices seem on par with other stores.
Spoke to Devon/De-Vauhn on the phone (sorry im not sure how to spell it) answeres my question and checked in person for product way faster than expectation. Honestly seemed like a 10/10 guy so 5 stars for the solid employee from me.

Called ahead to make sure the bat I wanted was in stock, they assured me it was! I got there and so was the bat!!! Amazing customer service, amazing cashiers, all around great experience. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help me, it’s greatly appreciated

Our recent shopping trip here was very good. The store was clean, neat, and orderly. Signage and sale signage was clearly posted. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
