Honestly would rater go purchase equipment to mount tires myself if I never have to deal with the employees or this location again I ordered 2 tires they called the next day in the morning saying my TWO tires had arrived and to bring the car on by I even called later in the day to confirm to find out only 1 had arrived and that the second tire would be on the afternoon delivery so I bring my car over at 5 pm when I get off work to find myself standing in line for 20 minutes to be told that the second tire should arrive sometime tomorrow and they don’t know what time. complete lack of professionalism and shitty service would rather just pay more and go to Tire discounters next time

Just got 4 tires on my dodge charger and very next day my tire sensor on front left tire is not working. This was not the case prior to me bringing my car there. So since discount tire won’t fix it or reimburse me I am having to goto another place and pay $70 for a new sensor for something they obviously did.

Have never had a good review from there
Call the other day about mounting some ATV tires and he said 5.00 to D Mount, and five dollars to Mount then call them to see if they could get to them and today they said 86.00 for all 4 but other day it would have been 40.00 plus tax
And this is not the only time granddaughter stop there one day about 6 months ago and I guess cause it was a young girl they told her her front tires was gone and wast safe to pull out of the parking lot she just stop to get her tire pressure checked but they had her Scared so I drove down there. Her tires is a little over 50% good and I just bloated off. Check your tires and they’re still going good. But to me, they’re about the most dishonest people I’ve ever dealt with that I will never deal with again

I'll never do business with discount tire again. Long story short I was lied to after I have done around 6k in business in the last five years with them. Very disappointed!!

I usually get my tires from discount tire for the free rotations. However this time they found a bent wheel and replaced the wheel. The tire pressure sensor for that wheel wouldn’t read the tire pressure after replacement. I asked them to fix it. They tested the battery for each sensor which read good but still insisted that my battery was low and I needed to replace my entire system for $400. I took it to another shop for a second opinion and they reprogrammed my sensor for free and all was well. These people will tell you anything to shake out your wallet. I will think twice about getting my tires from them in the future.

If they don’t want to upcharge for every damn thing it might be a great service place added additional charges that I did NOT AGREE to 50$more than what was quoted will not be back

Came in hoping to rotate and balance my tires. I know they are low and need new ones soon but when the sales guys say nope they can't do it because your tires are shot and showing wire(I disagree since I cannot see any wire showing on my tires but ok). Then the sales guys gets annoyed since I was not wanting to look at tires since it was not something I planned on doing today and then for him to make a joke saying " I hope I'm not on the road when you are when your tires explode hahaha" like if that is going to make me want to buy tires from you when you just basically wished harm for me and my family heck no. I cannot recommend anyone to go to this location given that their sales people wish you harm when you don't buy when they want you too. Take your business elsewhere like I did where the other business treated me with respect and dignity where I felt more comfortable. I bought four new tires today from the other company instead of the two the rude sales man was trying to get me to buy.

We have been going to this location for years. The staff is ALWAYS SO polite, professional and Jiminy Crickets, they're FAST! I stopped by & ordered my tires the other day & made an appt to put them on a couple days later (due to my schedule, not theirs). My appt was at 10:30 and it's 11:30 now and I'm already back home. I know there are many tire locations (and more going up all the time), but these guys will always have our business!

Checking the day prior for merchandise is definitely not a smart practice. This was a totally different process and experience than when I went through Discount Tire in Alpharetta for my Jetta. Waiting three weeks plus for something you wanted right then is crazy especially when it tells you doing everything online is quicker. Though the initial process could use some tinkering, I appreciate the team's, including the manager's efforts to atone for earlier occurrences. Wheels look ? as I knew they would.
UPDATE FROM A MONTH AGO: I've had to bring my vehicle back multiple times as my vehicle has been shaking profusely since the wheels were installed. Their suggestion was the rings that close up the gaps, but the first couple times they were either the wrong ones for my vehicle or they just did not fit the vehicle or wheel. If the problem persists after this, I will just have to go back to my factory wheels because this has gotten out of hand especially when you are coming straight here after working a strenuous job all morning then coming here for one-two hours. Conclusion: vehicle still shaking.

Every time I’ve been they get me in quickly and get my car taken care of right away, their warranty system is fantastic, and the staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Especially Dante :)

Go here if you want scratched rims and to be hassled by annoying salesmen trying to milk every single last cent out of you to impress their boss and show you how much they know about rubber. I used to work at discount tire and they have changed as a company. They seem a lot more concerned with sales and less about the customer. The store manager seemed like the only normal person working there.

I would not go here if you have a chance it is not good. This is the worst service I’ve had at a discount tire and I used to work at one
Pros: got the tires I needed
Cons: scratched wheel, passive aggressive salesmen, super long wait, said they had tires on the phone and didn’t, forgot to do things mentioned multiple times.

THANK YOU!!! We were down from PA with our 37’ TT yesterday and noticed we had a flat. We switched it out with our spare but wanted to get it replaced before we got on the road this morning. At 5:30pm, we rolled up with the flat. It was changed and ready in 20 minutes!!! My husband and I couldn’t believe it. We can continue our family trip now, confident that we have a spare just in case. You guys are awesome!

Great service, reasonably priced, friendly staff. I would recommend them to all. Don't forget to get the warranty with the tires. It's worth it!
