had like 10 people on the floor putting shit away (taking up the entire grocery area) yet when i asked if someone could check me out i was told i had to wait for someone to get done using the bathroom like there wasn’t 5 people in eyeshot that could see me waiting. actually unbelievable, i’ve worked retail (small business and corporate), train you workers

I got what I needed quickly and found all the items easily. There was no line so I checked out very fast, which made me happy.

Employees are great but corporate needs to help them out. They can’t do every single thing themselves and clearly there aren’t enough employees so they need to close to even get a break. That is unfair to employees and also just bad business practices.

I had a return and the receipt was on my DG app. The store where I bought it wouldn't let me return it without the paper receipt but the ladies at the DG on medical center parkway let me return it. They were so nice! I'll definitely be shopping at this location again!

I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BUSINES CLOSE AT RANDOM TIMES THROUGH OUT THE DAY AND OR SOMETIMES FOR THE DAY IN MY LIFE! THIS PLACE CLOSES HOURS BEFORE THE POSTED TIME IT SAYS ALMOST DAILY. WOW….BUT WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM A 2BIT, FAKE BIG BOX STORE….YALL MAKE MY HEAD HURT!!

On several items I purchased, the shelf tag price was different than the price at checkout. This has happened at two different Dollar General stores in the past few months. I normally do not shop at DG and did so recently because they were the only option nearby. I returned the first item that rang up wrong after I noticed it while looking at the receipt at home. On my second visit, which was at this location, I caught the price discrepancies while checking out. The person working the cash register was polite and courteous.

The last time I'll be shopping here. Not only do they NEVER have anything I need I just asked to use their restroom to which I was told they were out of order and then the lady goes and gets the key and goes in there to use it herself. Right after she told me it was out of order. Wish I knew before I spent my money!?
