This is my 3rd time getting up out of bed to go grab 1 item. Making it with at least 15 minutes before scheduled closing and they are already locked up. I work in customer service and know the frustration of someone coming in seconds before. However, I’m pissed I can’t count on my DG down the street to be open during there scheduled hours of business. Mind you 15 minutes is more than enough time to grab 1 thing and the workers were still there not answering the door. Very frustrating. Just change the hours to close earlier.

Could at least put a note on the door if they are gonna be closed at noon on a Wednesday. Honestly this store always closes early and has there own schedule anyways.

I'll never shop here again, all employees are rude, lazy and the inside of the place looks like someone's trashy apartment. And this is the 5th time in 2 months the overcharged me on my purchase

Was in the store last week. The aisle all cluttered up that you couldn’t get down them. The shelves were not stocked like they should be. I go to a lot of the stores but this is the worst store I have been in. And then went to check out the girl checking people out was talking on the phone. And she wasn’t talking to anybody about what they had in the store. She was talking on the phone and trying to check people out that there was a line backing up I believe they real need help straightening the store back like it was before. Thank you for listening.

Moved to Murfreesboro almost a year ago and started shopping at this store. It was well stocked and very clean. These past several months it has gone completely downhill. The shelves are barely stocked, the floors look like they haven't been swept/mopped, boxes everywhere, and you can barely fit a cart in most of the aisles. I'm not sure if there's been a change in management or what's going on but it definitely makes shopping close to home difficult.

I usually have a very good experience here. Like, amazing people work here, and they're so nice. There is a younger African American girl that works here, 20 at the oldest, and she's so nice. There were no cokes up by the front so she went and got me one from the cooler. Theres an older white lady that is super nice, and then a younger white girl that works here that is absolutely a sweetheart. I was hurrying to order an uber while I was checking out and my phone was on 1%. She offered to help by offering a charger. It was so kind. But today when I went in search for circus peanuts, because I can only find them here and the app said that they had 33 in stock, there were no circus peanuts. I had already had a bad day and a headache and my uber was waiting on me. I didn't have time to calculate to make sure I had enough and had accidentally left my card at home. I was .61 cents short so I called my boyfriend to ask him to turn on the card. When I got off the phone and had card in hand, he said, "You're holding up the line!" OK fine. I just told him to take off the rice crispie treats and handed him the $20. Took longer than just swiping the card, but he had pissed me off. It literally took 2 seconds for me to call my boyfriend and ask him to turn on the card and I was obviously rushing to do so and completely embarrassed. This guy was rude as hell.

Most racist store we have in the Murfreesboro area!! Tonight we were buying sodas and the sign said 3 for $14. 3 of the 12 pk sodas and we chose the varieties on the sign. We get to the register and they ring up $49 something. The clerk calls a girl from the back and she snatches the sign off the display saying "that sale ended on the 10th and today is the 12th". To which I said "the sign is on it tonight". To which she responded "there's nothing we can do about it, the sale is over and someone just didn't remove the sign". To which I said " surely, that's not how you all do business is it?" She responded "yes, that's what my manager told me". We won't be back!!
