Rated solely on customer service!! in past arrived to find store closed, though hours of operation said open?! When open it’s disorganized and understaffed, with multiple registers but only one in use. Grievances prob. due to understaffing! Recently noticed new employees/management. Amongst new faces brings breath fresh air along with pretty long hair, I think his name is Nick? He’s the reason for review!! Every time he's been beyond helpful to assist even if busy with other tasks. I’ve witnessed same treatment to others including his coworkers on multiple occasions when I’ve shopped store. I’m a customer because location is convenient for me. Not being open, long lines, and understocked is frustratingly inconvenient and I was going to take my business elsewhere. For now I have changed my mind and will continue to shop this location solely from my experience from this young man.

The store clerk customer service sucks. She was very rude and refused to help me. She was an older Caucasian lady with grey hair. I never had any problems in that store before that was my first time. She does not need to work anywhere that has to do with customer service.

Went to this store today at 3:00 and they was close and there was no sign on the door saying why they was close and there was plenty people in the parking lot waiting very dissatisfied need to do better or hired more people that want to work

This place is a joke, the management is horrible. The employees don’t ever want to do there job. Just pulled in before 7 and they’re closed…. Why advertise you close at 9 if your place of business is closed by 7.
Whoever is in charge of this business needs to be fired.

This truck and trailer been park from the customer parking lot if that person work there don’t need be park there that is disrespectful for get go not need be park there I do have pick I can show how it is no good don’t appreciate it

Nobody there at cash register. No person to be found. Self checkout not working. Phoneline is dead. Use to be a great store but now it is going down the drain

Rude people employee was rude and not friendly at all and was watched like I was going into take something. The manger told me twice I needed shose. Even though I told him both times it's my religion. Not a great experience
