I just went to this store and the manager was rude and unprofessional and this wasn’t the first time. She doesn’t follow Dollar General’s own policies so the cashiers can’t be expected to know or follow them. At least the cashiers weren’t rude but with her as their example that behavior is what they’ll learn. There are plenty of other locations in the area to shop at not to mention plenty of other businesses.

Some serious money needs to be thrown to get good management there or they need to close the store for good (already is majority of the days). It is a prime spot for a lot of people and could be replaced quickly and thrive.

They need to shut it down for go because the Manger open the store when she wants to and close when ever she wants to I went on June 30 2024 the store open at 9;30 am and closed at 2:00 that is why that dollar store sucks

WOW! Just stopped to exchange our propane tank. $22 listed on the tank cage outside. At the register it rang up $23... whatever then it asked to include a tip... really? Get outside and the 300lb kid with a buzz cut and black framed glasses tells me to set it inside upside down... I'm a fit 60 year old female but are you kidding me? After doing so he tells me which one to take... they can't touch them... since when? We've been exchanging them there for over 5 years!

It's Dollar General. I am not expecting much. But this store has been closed just about every time I have tried to come there in the past month. Not even 5pm on coupon Saturday and already closing.

This location is a joke. Hardly ever anyone at the register. Self check outs are constantly not working. The aisles are always cluttered with stock carts. Or they are constantly closing early without warning. I was just in there and no one was at the register, and myself as well as 6 other people just set our stuff down and walked out from Standing there so long. Just close this location already.

Manchester hwy location closes early and NEVER opens when it is supposed to. Most employees are always so rude. I will have to find another morning store!

Not a bad store but came in close to close (12 till) tonight and was literally rushed out the door. The guy working told me I had 3 minutes and I said ok. Literally 2 minutes later, he was saying mam we close in 3 minutes. I was out the door by 8:55, and they already had it locked. Other customers couldn’t even come in.
