We went to Easy Auto last year to purchase a truck for my husband. They worked with us to be sure that we were taken care of that day and continued to support us with any questions in the year since. My husband went to pay the payment for November and was informed that the account had been closed. We called the dealership to figure out what was going on. Rick told him that the company chose to pay our truck off and the title was in the mail. The truck was ours. Free and clear. These are some of the best people to work with. I would particularly recommend them for anyone who may need support understanding the process of purchasing a vehicle as they are all extremely patient and helpful. We will be back for our next vehicle purchase!

These guys are amazing! You will not find anywhere more accommodating and dedicated to providing unbeatable customer service than Easy Auto Murfreesboro. They went above and beyond to help me get the ATV I wanted, worked with me every step of the way, and exceeded all my expectations. I had a hard time getting onsite, but I was able to shop their inventory online, they text me links to review all my options and complete the application, and they answered all my questions. When everything was approved, and I couldn't get there to pick it up, they went WAY out of their way and delivered it to me.... I live almost 2 hours away!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will recommend them to everyone. No one can compete with these guys. They're the best, hands down.
