I needed to make one small adjustment on the card for the recipient and called for 2 straight days and never once got an answer! Their tracking is a joke as it wasn’t even updated until after it was delivered. I’ll order out of Nashville next time as this company obviously doesn’t give a damn!!

My husband got me and edible arrangement with flowers for Mother’s Day, they were delivered on Monday, the flowers were almost dead when delivered and pretty much dead the next day. I have never had this issue with Publix flowers, they last for weeks. As for the edible arrangement, the chocolate was ok, fruit not very fresh. I also reached out to about this issue and they did not even care to respond. DO NOT BUY from them.

Very disappointed. My daughter ordered the Happy Birthday Edible the brownie (I believe that's what that's what they were) they're smashed and stuck to the cardboard/ paper and what was supposed to be cheesecake in the box instead there was pineapple pieces. I've called and left several messages and no response back. For what they charge I expect what I ordered I'm sure pineapple is cheaper than cheesecake.

Very very disappointed in what my friend received. The flowers just look sad and the strawberry order is wrong. I sent feedback to the store and was told they would get back with me about my order but I have not heard back.
Posting what I ordered vs what my friend received. Had the flowers looked better I would have been happy with my order. This is just sloppy.

HORRIBLE. Wife pre ordered a spooky arrangement, they couldn’t be bothered to take it off the website once it’s sold out. So she was very upset to arrive and be told that nothing could be done, but she could have some melons??? Of the same price? She declined, no refund was offered, so she ended up with some strawberries! no credit, no refund, strawberries? I will be coming back up here tomorrow to demand more answers and resolution, because she is crying in the car right now upset at this outcome on our anniversary. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

*First time customer* Ordered an arrangement for Valentines which the wife really loved but the Love bug balloon was not delivered (the wife really loves ladybugs) Called in to report it and the representative that answered the phone sounded like she didn't believe it and stated that it may have flew away but I told her the delivery person took a photo with the item in my wife's item, no balloon in sight. She apologized and immediately issued a refund. Would have rather had the balloon but oh well I guess that what I get for trying to do something different. Back to my regular flower shop next year I guess.

What you see is what you get! That’s exactly how great edible arrangement is. Besides the look of my purchase, the taste was bomb! The moment i ate it, the flavors of fruits and chocolates are impeccable! Chef’s kiss edible arrangement ? In addition, their customer service is top-tier??. My confusion on placing their products were lighten up with the help of Ms. Suzele (if i remember her name correctly) A huge salute for that. Overall, this store is a must try!

The staff was so very accommodating and helpful. The fruits was fresh and delicious they ensure my satisfaction. Also, I had a question about the product, and their team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Edible Arrangement was outstanding, and I can’t wait for my next purchase. I highly recommended this store.

BUYER BEWARE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! I ordered a fruit tray and a ballon and paid extra for delivery within an hour. It took more than an hour to be delivered, I had to call to make sure they were en route. They didn’t deliver the balloon at all. So I paid for something the recipient didn’t even receive. Also, the delivery driver thought it would be funny to tell the receptionist to call the recipient “Dick Mitch”, which is VERY disrespectful to me and to the Police Lieutenant that received the fruit tray. I will not order from this place again.
