My rental was setup in advance through my insurance company. It was a very seamless process. Enterprise called to confirm beforehand that date of pickup. When I got to the collision repair they notified enterprise to come pick me up. The gentleman that picked me up was very pleasant and I enjoyed chatting with him. I got a decent education on EV vehicles. Ric helped me when I got to enterprise. They didn't have the exact vehicle I had reserved but I was put into something that was an upgrade from what I reserved. No complaints here. They were clearly very busy. We did a quick vehicle inspection, I gave my debit card for incidentals. Ric explained the process to me for having the vehicle. It was overall a very seamless experience. Hopefully I don't run into hiccups when I return. But everyone there seemed decent. The location is clearly very busy and works quickly to turn vehicles around for customers.

I use Enterprise on Broad St. in Murfreesboro, TN for all of my travel needs. The customer service has always been exceptional. I've hever had a single issue.

Chris Allen is the worst at customer service. He should be FIRED !!!! Cars are always filthy. This is the worst Enterprise location that I've ever been to. Needs new management asap !!!

Terrible customer service on 8/1/23 at approximately 16:15. I have used enterprise in the past but this is the 2nd time at this location I have had issues. A week ago or so I was supposed to have a vehicle held for me to pick up a specific date and time. Get here and no one knows what's going on, don't have the type of vehicle requested like I was told I would, waited for at least an hour for them to "find one" and still nothing. I eventually had to leave and come back today because I had other things I had to take care of. Was not able to drop other vehicle off to get repaired due to this. VERY inconvenient when you try to plan ahead

Vehicle in requested class was available, staff was courteous and helpful--flipped those two rows of back seats on a Pacifica for me--and the whole process from reservation to return went smoothly. Very pleasant experience, this return customer will not shop around the next time I need a car rental.

Enterprise was great. I had a small hiccup along the way with trying to get my payment taken care of. They were sweet and very efficient. I will definitely use them again. Being a travel agent I’m always needing a rental at the spur of the moment.
