These employees need to be replaced with people who actually want to work and do their job. They are very lazy not helpful in anyway I felt sorry for the man next to me Judy was so rude to him for no reason at all he was an older gentlemen who had a hard time understanding the value of his package. Her behavior was uncalled for maybe it’s time for Judy to retire and go home if she doesn’t enjoy her job & doesn’t have the patience to help elderly people. She looks like she’s about at retirement age herself, so she should understand elderly people need extra help. FedEx home office needs to take a close look at this store.

You can’t even get through on the damn phone. Easy let me know you don’t want me to spend money at your business without telling me you don’t want me to spend money at your business. I’m driving make a quick call to see if the fax is less than 2.00 a page I have to fax like 30 pages. Couldn’t get past the damn automated voice. I will never go there neither will my money 🤣

Had to bring in a 40 pound box for a return and the lady there immediately helped me with it. I was in and out within a couple minuets

Went in today in a rush and really expected to hear, no, sorry, we cant help you. What I got was, lets get this done and get you what you need. The store manager, Corbin, was so nice and listened to what I was saying and said not a problem at all. She was very kind and professional and took my stress away. I will be back, thank you

I have come to this kinko’s here in Murfreesboro as long as I can remember. This is the second time in 2 months the machines have been broken. Actually the same copy/fax machine. Not only was I treated like I was a problem because the machine was broken.(had to cut it off and reboot) I have now been waiting 30 minutes for a fax to go through that was put through by an associate. There were quite a few people standing to ship and one checking out in front. As I stood waiting not knowing I’d still be here 30 min later I was told to back up from the unattended counter and go sit to the back of the store. Talk about embarrassing. The tone the huff and puff that she started with because her machine was broken. Sydney some peoples lives are at stake and that’s why we choose your facility to help in a crunch. Everyone has a bad day today was one of those for me and that you treated me like as if I was in the way. As if I didn’t pay for a service like others. Today I felt humiliated in front of my 4 year old whose behavior was actually stellar because she felt mommy was in a panic! When you are in the customer service industry be careful how you treat others because you never know what others are going through. It’s not always about you. Clock out. Take a breather. I have always been able to count on you guys! Humiliation isn’t the way to go as I have now been waiting 45 minutes. Sydney you made a day that was already ruined worse. Now I look at sending duration was 14 minutes I have waited 45!!!!! Why was I treated this way?

I provided a detailed description of the contents of this international package, Fed-Ex filled out the customs form and I never saw it. Now customs is holding the package on the recipient’s end saying the description wasn’t sufficient. This is entirely YOUR ERROR. It cost me almost $300 to ship and I expected the forms to be filled out PROPERLY. Obviously they were not. Make them let you see what they are putting on the customs forms!

Judy is an awesome employee. I had some copies to.pick up and she printed them off for me. She is a consummate professional. Many times she has assisted me in lots of requests for various aspects there at the store and she is very thorough and precise in all of her endeavors. Thank you, Managers for hiring such an exemplary employee! Judy's customer service has always been A+ even during the years
I served congregations in Middle Tennessee & served as a teacher at the local high school. Her expertise, skills & advice in all copying,designing,etc. have been so multifaceted in comprehensive levels.

I went to this location on my break to return AT&T internet equipment. AT&T return instructions state that my equipment can either be returned to Fed Ex office stores or UPS stores without the need to pack or label the equipment.
I entered the store at the Stones River location in Murfreesboro, TN. There was one person ahead of me. As I waited I noticed that there were 3 other employees standing around in the background.
2 customers walked in 3 minutes and 4 minutes after me and one of the employees went to their station to assist them. That employee never once asked ‘who’s next’!
After that particular employee helped the 2 customers that came in behind me that employee asked me if I needed assistance. I said ‘yes, I need to drop off my AT&T equipment. The person said we don’t take those here…you have to go to a UPS store.
I was confused by what the Fed Ex associate said so I went to the AT&T website to see the return instructions again…needless to say I was right and the person at the counter was wrong.
I walked back in to the Fed Ex office store now already late for work and fuming a bit. A different employee asked if they could help me. I said ‘yes’ and went on to vent about the previous employee giving me wrong information causing me to lose my place in line and be late returning to work.
This employee possessed my return. I asked this employee why the other employee seemed to be so inadequately trained? I didn’t get a response. IMO the other employee was clearly in a delusional and imaginary state of mind that caused the employee to be more focused on perceived appearances than actual reality. Unfortunately this is a classic example of how most DEI hires perform…

I was the first customer this morning. Came in to print of some prints for class. I loaded a card with money to get prints and Sydney checked me out. I gave Sydney $10 in her hand and she slid my card and change back to me across the counter and not in my hand. That was so rude Sydney.

They close well before 7 pm so don’t believe the schedule posted. 6:45 pm and the gates are locked. Be aware of this before arriving.

I love this place! Every printing need I have had has been handled well. Judy is my go to!! If I see her working I know I’m in good hands. All of the employees are friendly and very helpful.

I will always use this location! I had several printing needs for my wedding, and Corbin Michelle, the manager, held my hand through it all. She was kind, patient, and extremely helpful! She made everything I needed to print better!! Super quick turnaround! Coupons are usually available! 10+/10!

Went in a lady named Judy was working in said hi. I went to the counter and she continued on with filling paper or something.
Came up I asked her how do I print a couple of pictures on normal paper for my daughter’s homework. Hands me a card tells me to follow the steps then I ask if it will be small pictures so she can glue them and she says something along the lines it will print fit paper. So I was like fit paper? She was like yes I was like what does that mean? She repeats the exact sentence taking a deep breath as if I’m stupid or should know what she means. then I was what ever that means I just need a smaller picture. She goes I will have to do it here and I need to charge you extra then I was like ok then she goes just send it first and we’ll see with a frustrated tone. Then moves on to the next customer without seeing what I needed next. It seems like she was having a bad day but it takes less energy to be nice than mean.
