I went in to drop off a package, and the staff were very helpful. They clearly explained how to do everything myself, which made the process quick and convenient. The location is spacious and well-organized too — overall a smooth experience!

Dear FedEx, please pay more to your workers or hire more workers. The last two packages that made it to TN extra days were added to the shipping date. Another solution could be maybe to give a date that’s far from delivery instead of changing it.

So if you have medication to be delivered do not use fed ex . My package was supposed to be her on Tues and it kept being put in the system attempt made but no one ever knocked on our door or read the directions on where to leave it. After having the case escalated they still did not deliver it and now I have $866 worth of medication that is ruined and their response from their customer service was your supplier has to file the claim not you. But I still have to spend another $866 to have another box of medication delivered and have to pay extra to have it overnighted by another carrier. I so appreciate your inability to do your damn job. They sad part is I worked for this company for 3 years and thought they still gave a shit about the customers packages and delivery recipient but I guess this us what you get when you merge and only care about how much money you can steal from your customers.

The worst. I've been trying to get my package delivered for 5 days now. They showed up one time and didn't leave anything on the door and I know they was at my house because I have a ring camera at my door. Didn't leave me any information on where or how or even when I could get my package. They told me my package wasn't eligible to be delivered because they tried 3 separate times (which is a lie cause I get notifications when someone walks up to my door). After the first attempt I called and told them to change the shipping instructions to set on my front porch. I called a day after they told me it was going to be dropped off and said it wasnt able to be delivered and that I had to come up there to get my package from the FedEx location it was at. I arrived and wouldn't let me have my package and told me to contact the people that sent me the package. The last guy I talked to on the phone was the only one helpful and everyone else hates there job or just didn't care. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I've never had to jump through so many hoops just to be told I can't have my package. Do better FedEx

Amazing customer service. They actually care. They truly do. They let me come right before closing on a beautiful Saturday morning to pick up my new controller that I wasn’t able to sign for the past few days. I TRULY DO APPRECIATE IT. NOW LETS PLAY SOME CALL OF DUTY!

William at FexEx on Armory Dr. is a perfect example of what we all hope to experience from customer service. He went above and beyond to solve a shipping issue for me after I spent hours on the phone with vendors trying to resolve with no luck. He took the initiative to reach out to me and make sure my package would make its way to me. If you have shipping needs in the area, go out of your way to work with William. You will not be sorry.

The driver was right around the corner and said failed delivery fed ex needs to go bankrupt already I hate people still use these people for delivery fed ex give it up UPS are 100 times better
