Fedex is awful, I wouldn't trust them with anything let alone import parcels/items/documents. My dog is on heart medication, her medicine has been in transit from a place less than 30 minutes away for over 5 days. My dog will die without this medication, when I reached out to fedex customer support (which is a joke btw) unwanted taken seriously until my 3rd call and I threatened to go to the local news claiming fedex was killing my dog by holding her medication, or losing it. After contacting them all weekend I was finally given an answer that my package was lost. This caused me to go to the vet because my dogs health had deteriorated so bad. Spent around $300 all because fedex lost my package 30 min away from my location. I hate this company and will never use them and tell others to not use them as well.

Can't get a hold of anyone called ten times and still couldn't get a customer service package was going to be delivered 3days in a row and still nothing.

I recently turned down a job acceptance offer. They already sent me the equipment before I canceled the contract. It just crossed each other in communication. FedEx delivered my package. I didn't realize it required a signature. After asking them yesterday to return it to the employer (the sender), they delivered it today and the driver forged my signature without my consent. I wasn't even home!! Actually, no one was. I have him on camera signing for it and leaving the package IN THE RAIN and it says on the FedEx app that I signed for it. Again, I was not home. No one was home. The box didn't feel wet, so I am not sure about the contents inside. I have not opened it. It is still sealed. The equipment is worth over $5,000. I filed a complaint with FedEx and have gotten law enforcement involved since this is technically fraud. My local law enforcement told me to request a shipping label to you all so I can send it back to you immediately and to file a complaint with FedEx, which I did. If the employer tries to charge me money for the equipment, to come to the police department and file a report and then they can press chargers for fraud. It is freaking stupid how the law works now. Apparently, there has to be some kind of monetary loss. Dumb, I know. Needless to say, I am furious.

Just like the USPS, I can always count on an unpleasant experience when FedEx is the responsible shipper in charge. Trash. Always losing my packages. Same excuses every time. Get it together FedEx. Steal a few pages from UPS, the superior shipping company. Ya’ll are whack. How do you lose a 42” tall tire that was shipped with 3 more just like it that were delivered? It’s a monster truck tire for crying out loud. Not like a little box that can be misplaced. It’s massive. Weighs 100lbs. TRASH.

One of your drivers stole my phone a few hours ago. Says delivered at 11:15. Been tracking it all day bc my phone is broken. Looked outside a few mins after it was delivered and it’s not there but the delivery picture shows the package at my door. So check your drivers bc they’re stealing.

While I appreciate their service....CORPORATE EXECUTIVES AND MANAGERS NEED TO REMIND THEIR DRIVERS, EXPECIALLY THE ELAM PLANT TO DRIVE SAFELY AND MINDFULLY IN THIS AREA. YOU DRIVE TOO FAST AND SPEED OVER THE LAWFUL LIMIT. it's 40mph. Thank you. (eye)

Usually extremely reliable, but this last time there were three days in a row the delivery tracker said my package was out for delivery, but it never was delivered. I went to the hub on day four and they were courteous, someone went to the truck and pulled it for me, and I went home happy.

4 different packages all can’t be found. Call the 24 hour number and can’t speak to anyone. No way to open a claim etc. Terrible shipping company

I had a package that the shipper messaged fedex to not deliver & return to them in NM, but it continued to me in NJ over the next few days til it got to Southampton PA. To make it worse, Fedex then told me the day before its scheduled delivery, it couldn't honor the return request until it reached the final sort facility which was Murpeesboro TN. So from PA they would be sending it 800+ miles SOUTH to TN. That wouldn't have made sense even if the delivery wasn't to canceled. I cannot imagine how much misinformation is in their packaging software.

I was a driver for proline. A like under Paula and Howard, and my manager was Dakota or “DJ”
The job itself was super easy but the pay was inconsistent and management was terrible. Could never get a straight answer from anyone when I needed help, every time I had a question I would get directed to someone else and then that person would send me back to the person that sent me to them. Communication was probably THEE WORST I’ve ever experienced at any job. My pay was wrong twice, and when I expressed my grievances I was made to feel like I was the problem. Most of my concerns were ignored and then I was taken off the schedule after letting my manager know I was available all week and him confirming back “thank you”. When I messaged to see why, he basically told me I didn’t let him know my schedule and then said he didn’t know I wasn’t working.. but he makes the schedules so he was just outright lying, which is something DJ does often to save face. When I went to a higher up, Paula, she sided with DJ and then I was basically bullied into quitting when DJ was already telling the other drivers he fired me. Everyone but me knew I was fired. I have every single message from all of them and send screenshots and they still lie. All I wanted to do was work. I have two kids and they were already messing with my pay, but then fired me without letting me know, and then lied and bullied me into quitting. I went above and beyond at my job. Even came in on a Sunday night to help DJ get packages out. They don’t care what you do for them, they barely wanna pay you for what you do do for them. If you go work for FedEx, stay far away from those three people mentioned above because they are selfish human beings and will work you to the bone but throw you away first chance they get. The turnover rate is high because that line is so inconsistent and incredibly unprofessional but they told me I was the toxic one.

This facility obviously has a problem with either misplacing packages or someone there is stealing packages. My package was at the facility on a Monday out for delivery, the truck pulled into my driveway on Monday, then left with no delivery. Then they tell me nothing about my package. So after finally reaching someone at the facility they give me the runaround anthem tell me they saw the package but the bar code was rubbed off, (very suspicious) and they cannot find it. I will never use FedEx again and I would love to talk to the manager of this facility and give him a piece of my mind. Reading reviews going back at least 3 years, this has been a problem for quite some time.
