Terrible experience...My car was there from April 8 until June 10 picked my car up one day sent back next day bad repairs, ? finally received car my hood has too big of a gap, over spray on my windshield had to buy a battery and new tires due to nails in my back tires, so after they repaired my car exterior had to have more work done to exterior....

Worst place ever!!!!! I would never recommend them to anybody!! Kept my car for 5 months and did insurance fraud and maxed out my insurance and didn’t even fix my car right. She just put all my old parts back on my car and didn’t buy any new parts, they are a terrible terrible place!

I took my car there to be fixed for a bumper & windshield . The car was suppose to be ready in 2 weeks but they pushed it back due to not having the parts (should’ve said that when I called) Pushed it back a week again without reason and then one more time bc conveniently all of their painters called out ? And still took them another week after that lol. Ended up taking 1 month in total … to fix a bumper & a windshield … on top of that when I picked the car up it reeked of paint fumes like it was freshly done . Did they even let it dry properly ? As I was leaving someone’s insurance agent was up there trying to figure out where their members car was HAHA what the heck ! They left blood & glass all in the car from the windshield replacement . Just garbage . If I could’ve put 0 stars I would’ve .Services: Body & Trim

I used these guys to repaint my truck.... I now have to look at run marks, paint on my bed liner and they drove my truck the whole time they had it!!!! Almost three weeks!!!!!! SMH. Please don't let them do work for you. I'm very disappointed ??☹️☹️☹️

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! I took my son's car to Fender Benders to get it repaired after he hit a deer. I dropped it off in November but understood there would be delays due to ability to get parts and stuff. The lady that runs the shop called me Monday morning to tell me she test drove the car and it cut off on her. She said her son jumped it off and they got it back to the shop. She said they were going to put hook it up to the computer to see what was wrong with it. I told her that i was already in town and I would just come by and we could go from there. When I got to the shop my car wasn't there. She then proceeds to tell me her son drove the car again and it cut off. I asked where the car was and she told me. The car was on the side of the interstate with a Highway Patrol sticker on it from the night before. When I confronted her about the sticker she said that someone else had drove it Sunday and it cut off and that the car had not been sitting on the side of the road all night. Then she admitted that she also drove the care Friday and it cut off then. So it went from her test driving my car to them testing it four times and my car cutting off four times. Not one time did they take my car to a mechanic to get it looked at. That tells me they were lying the whole time. These people are not honest. They will lie to you right to your face with no shame. When she got caught in a lie she was quick to just say the first thing that popped in her head. She even said that her worker had tried to start my car after replacing the battery. I was with him the whole time and he did not have the keys. If these people will lie to you knowing that you know they are lying then imagine what they do when you can't see them.
