The tellers are exceptional. Customer service is beyond great. Very clean and nice bank. Drive thru is great to. The tellers really care about their customers.

Truly the worst customer service I have ever received. There is an older woman who has “helped” me the last couple times I was at this location; she is so rude and condescending for absolutely no reason, and on top of that she just refused to cash my check. I went to another 5/3 and they had no problem. Do not go to this branch if you can avoid it!! The other ones in Murfreesboro have the best staff and have gone above and beyond for me.

This bank is awful. I've deposited a check came back to deposit the second time it's a 2 weeks hold on my check. I can't pay my bills due to them holding my check so they can make money of it. This the worst bank. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I most definitely going to close my account because this put my bills behind. Not a 5 star bank. Dont trust them

I had problems with this bank years ago just using their outside atm and it ate my card and made a big issue, however i moved and this bank is closest to me now so I opened an account. I informed this people that I would be making cash and check deposits and told them my business and they never informed me of any special rulings or anything. I just input my 2nd check on the 7th and now Not only will I not receive my check until 14 days from then. The kicked they put my account 100$ negative and tried to say I would get charged while waiting. 5th 3rd is not making it a 5th 3rd better. They got all kinda of technicalities and special rules that nobody wants to say anything about. Great staff. Great bank. Great job relaying IMPORTANT INFORMATION. bad bad bad BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD

This branch by far has the worst customer service. I called 3 separate times and was put on hold for over 15 minuets, hung up on and told that they didn't have time to help me because they're we're dealing with someone else. I won't be bringing my money or business to this location anymore!

The wait times are ridiculous at all times of the day. The two Women that work here are very rude and oh so slow. They only have one person working the front and window and one doing loans and opening accounts. Over 20 mins to make a deposit is not acceptable worst branch by far makes me think about leaving 5/3 and going back to us bank.
