They had said that my car would have been about 2 days to be repaired. Glad it was only 1 day. Communication was awesome.

Space limited for parking and to handle the number of customers. And typical of today's workforce, my technician needs more experience.

Dropped my car off for an alignment several months back and was never asked which alignment selection I wanted. Went to get an alignment today and found out for 10$ more dollars i could of gotten an alignment good for a year and for 70$ good for a life time. So frustrating i was not offered or talked to about the choices

Lately, the quality of work and trustworthiness has gone down drastically. I brought it my car to have both headlights replace. It cost $160. When I picked up the car, they said they could not get the bright setting to work on one side, and that it could be additional fees to get it to work. I said no thank you. I was halfway home and found out my blinker is was now not working. Frustrated, I took my car to the Firestone off Franklin Road. They took great care of me there and told me the poor job that this location had done and the corners that were cut. I am sad that the quality of work has gone down here. I will be recommending the Franklin Road Firestone.

No point in making an appointment just show up you'll get in quicker. It's like this at everyone.

Booked an appointment for 3:30 for an oil change. They started working on the car at 4:50. The shop closes at 5pm on Sundays. 5:20 the front desk told us he has to drive out to get the part that's missing. We finally leave at 6:18. Not only that but there was a giant roach dead in the bathroom and all they played on tv was Joel Osteen. The people working here were kind, but the wait was insane. I wish they were honest about how long the wait would be.

I sent my gf here to get her tire patched, they tried to sell her a new tire. When I called to ask why I talked to someone who apparently didn't work on the car and he yelled at someone else who apparently didn't work on the car and said "was the nail near the side wall?" to which the other guy apparently replies yes. When I asked how close it was, the reply was that they're so busy and booked with appointments that my gf would be lucky to get anything by the end of the day (it was around 1 pm)...
Save yourself some time, take it to "Discount Tire" they patched the tire for free, no bs.

I dropped my car off at 8:00 am. I asked will it be ready by 3:30, they said yes. There was additional work that needed to be done. I asked if we do those things, will it be done by 3:30, they said yes. I got there at 3:45 and no it was not done. It finally got done at 6:30 after I sat up there for 3 hours. I would have thought they would offer $50 off or some sort of compensation since I had to wait so long. They even admitted that they made some sort of mistake with the parts. I told them I had an appointment to get to. There was absolutely no urgency on their part to get my car done and me out the door.

Went in for a standard oil changed booked an appointment for 9 am. I get there drop my car off and I overhear the guy checking me in say “we will try and get to your car today new see short staff. That’s fine I understand, so I asked are you able to get my car back to me before 5 pm I have to go to work tonight. He goes “sure it’s just an oil change. It’s is now 4:45 and I call to check on my car he goes oh your car is the next in the bay. I’m infuriated because of this companies dishonesty. So I miss a day of pay and I’m no longer able to pick up my car same day. I pick up my car…all the doors are unlocked so my car sat in a lot, over night unlocked? This place needs help

The worst experience I've had thus far. I spoke to them over the phone yesterday and scheudled an appointment for today at 3pm to have my oil changed. Simple, right? I arrived at 2:50.
Around 3:05-3:10, the gentleman working the desk for my information, checked me in, took my car key, etc. I sit there in the lobby (with little to no AC, only ineffective portable units) and then 5pm rolls around. He then comes and tells me "Sorry man, we weren't able to get to it today. Would you like to set another appointment?" 😂 Nope! You couldn't have let me know that 1 hour ago? 2 hours ago?
To all of you, I would recommend going somewhere else, somewhere that isn't grossly incompetent or inconsiderate.

Just called store and canceled appointment. $1,184 quote is laughable compared to Midas at $364 and Pep Boys at $429. You can allege quoting high quality parts, but unless yours are made of Gold, this is a joke. I feel for the few people who get taken advantage of and actually get brake work done at Firestone. This is bad enough I won't even take our vehicles back for the oil change/tire rotation service anymore. NO WONDER you don't quote any pricing on your website. They bait people with easy appointments, but then call to tell them to just drop it off because they're shorthanded techs. Maybe so they can then call them and make up a story and upsell them over the phone into this ridiculous price gouging.
I hope this helps others avoid getting taken advantage of and overcharged. Outside of their coupon for oil changes, I'd be sure based on reading all reviews to get a quote prior to visiting these locations and be sure to get quotes in writing as they like to "add" additional charges for extra fluid, part, additional labor quite often.
Firestone: please don't waste time with your generic online response to negative reviews. Instead, post your pricing online even if it's quotes or starting at. Come up with KPI's for staff around honoring and delivering on your scheduled appointment times. Improve your transparency with customers, especially seniors and military personnel.

Service was slow especially since there was only 2 customers. I had an 8 am appointment and they didn't take my car in until 9:10. Guys standing around. I almost left.

Made an appointment for 2 oil changes for 9AM. After 3 hours I called them to ask how much longer for the second truck. The guy said they were getting ready to start it, I asked why have an appointment if it takes this long. The guy actually said "We have 2 guys in the back and 2 in the front, if you don't like it...go somewhere else!" Then he hung up on me.... We will never go there again. My husband and adult daughter watched them stop occasionally and watch a movie...you can't make this level of incompetence up.

Less 1 star for it being $50 more than my normal place. Less one for the bathroom being out of order. Less one for them saying the part was there but it wasnt (disorganized?) and having to wait 3 hours for an oil change no updates. Hoped this helped someone else make better decisions.
