Wise place to go! I went to have my tire patched (simple fix) the man that I spoke with asked if I would like them to do a whole vehicle inspection. My response, NO. After waiting 45+ minutes they come back and say how my tire was not patchable (took it somewhere else and it was), how I needed an oil change, new cabin filter. What the dumb butts didn’t know was I have a service scheduled for the following week. I came for a TIRE not other services.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change with no leaks. I noticed the next morning that my water pump was leaking! They rotated my tires and didn't replace the center cap to one of my wheels!

I came in to get new brake pads and rotors for a Lexus IS250 AWD. I had just the week before changed the wiper blades and had the car tires rotated and aligned before coming in here. Additionally I had done some other replacements early January.
I ok’ed them doing a $30 full car inspection as well with $1,200 worth of replacements on rotors and brake pads and when the report came back (that I have a screenshot of) the vehicle inspection report stated Wiper Blades were at end of life (streaking) and needed replacement as well as vehicle needed alignment and tires rotated as well as a multitude of things like air filters that needed to be replaced (even though those too had been replaced beginning of January).
When I went back in with the report and talked to the service desk he tried to dismiss the situation with “oh yea we just say to do those standard”, but why would I pay for an inspection if it’s clear they did not actually do it, and how TF would I know if anything they said needed to be done wasn’t just thrown on as a “standard” money grab.
After having to speak to the rep and having to show him the exact wording and asking why I needed to pay for them to recommended things that were already done they refunded the inspection, but pretty shady business practice.

So I go in here quite a bit for nails getting stuck or caught into my tires because of all the road constructions that they do both in Nashville and here in Murfreesboro TN. So the staff always comes out to two me exactly the issue with the vehicle so that I can make the choice whether to either let them just put air in my tires or use my spare IF I don't have the finances to pay for new tires. But today when I went in and let them look at the tire to see what's going on no one called me up to the desk to two me exactly what was wrong with my tire. When Kayla called me up to the desk she said "Okay, so they patched up your tires and it'll be $21" and I politely told Her that "I didn't even know that they did that and no one even communicated to Me beforehand that THAT was the issue". Kayla looked shocked and I told Kayla that I don't have any money to pay for that tire and that IF I was communicated to beforehand about the issue with my tire I would asked if they could just put the correct amount of air in it and got it replaced tomorrow. So, Kayla gets the Manager and I could tell that he was ALREADY irritated, upset, and frustrated and he's going to tell me that "That's what you asked them to do for your car and they did it, do you want them to take the patch back out instead?" He had such an wicked attitude and I took a stand back with Him and told Him "No, they ALWAYS call me up here to this desk FIRST and tell Me EXACTLY what's going on with the vehicle so that I can make the CHOICE of which way to go with the options that you all have here". So, when he saw that I wasn't backing down on the TRUTH he wanted to get really disrespectful, and even the more upset with Me the customer for being right and standing upon the TRUTH. Your staff made a mistake I the Customer didn't but yet he's getting upset with Me and taking out his own personal issues and frustrations out on Me and I told Him "it's 2025 you need to get it together and do BETTER for I'm Not at fault for you all mistakes".

Got our battery replaced back in June, but had to replace it again today since they gave us a bad battery. We tried to get a refund for our battery, since it’s still under warranty, but we were told they cannot refund us and “that isn’t the type of work they do is give out bad batteries”. Do not recommend this place for service, they have terrible customer service and just half fix up your car without doing the proper work!

I brought my Ram 1500 here to have inspected for a vibration at high speeds. I was told they would thoroughly inspect all components of the suspension system. They recommended to balance the wheels to resolve the issue. So after spending roughly $75 dollars I got my truck back and found no improvement. After taking the truck to another business I found that the sway bar bushings were dry rotted and the balance that Firestone did was not done correctly.

Service was excellent however the prices especially for a new set of rear brakes plus labor was definitely on the pricey side, I went down the street to a brake shop and was able to save more than $70 for the same service and they’re warrantied as well….same issue for a new set of wiper blades where I went to another auto shop n paid less n they didn’t charge to put them on….again great service n ppl, just a bit more expensive on their services.

Really bad from customer service to the shop. I had called about my girls tire the lady had said they don't have it in stock but they had them in nashville and could get the tire today cool. Long story shot we dropped the car off and then went to pick it up I was charged a extra $50 dollars that she didn't tell me about for a delivery fee hell I woulda drove to nashville to get tire put on still cheaper then $50. 2nd the mechanic get in car doesn't throw away trash take it off her side wads it up and throws it over on passenger side. This place sucks shoulda went to the new one I wish I woulda had them swap tires back and not pay a dime

Will not be back. Hit something on the interstate back in may- caused my tire to go flat- went in to them, purchased brand new tire..fast forward to now, i was informed from them my rim is cracked and it’s causing a air bubble on the inside from the crack- they won’t replace the tire. I WAS NOT TOLD MY RIM WAS CRACKED IN MAY!!!! 🤬
WILL NEVER GO BACK. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We came in for an alignment and bumper to bumper inspection on a truck just brought. In 4 hours not only had they not put the brakes on as told to us over the phone , and the radiator which was not leaking before is now leaking. This is a joke of a place for getting any work done. As someone who has always come to Firestone for the past 4 years... Do better.

Went here for an oil change a while back and ended up needing some other repairs. Horrible service. Ended up waiting 8+ hours and having to come back the next day for them to finish the repair work. Lack of communication, horrible service, and didn’t fully fix the issue and had to go to another shop to finish the work a few weeks later. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Stay far far away from this place. Save your stress and money for somewhere else
