We needed an affordable and reliable shop van for consultations, deliveries and installs and found a used Ram ProMaster on Car Guru. We worked with Raja and Peter and both were very friendly. We test drove and found a couple faults with A/C not being cold and a dashboard light came on during the test drive. They quickly found the fault which was a simple license plate being out and the air needed charging. They quickly remedied the issues and we purchased the van outright and we were on our way in about 20 minutes. Quick, easy, friendly and overall a great trustworthy place to work with.

My wife and I normally do our car purchasing from Carmax however I was looking for a specific vehicle and I found it at First Automotive in Murfreesboro. I contacted them about the vehicle and they were very responsive and the communication was great! I came to test drive the vehicle And really liked it but wanted to think about it before I purchased it. They were not pushy at all. Overall, they were very easy to deal with, and the price of the vehicle was very reasonable. As I mentioned before, I normally purchase from Carmax, but I will definitely consider them for my next used vehicle purchase!

i got my very first truck here and they were very nice and very good with communication they made sure i was leaving in my truck and did everything ive asked of them with cleaning it👍🏼👍🏼 this is a good place to get a vehicle from!!

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. Raja assisted us and she was absolutely incredible. She listened to our wants & needs and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! She found a great finance company for us as well, and worked with them to ensure we got approved. She was extremely kind and friendly. After the sale was completed, we found that thr touchscreen on the radio did not work and the front bumper was a little bent. They have ordered the radio to replace it free of charge, and stated they will try to bend the front bumper back as well. Truly an awesome company! They will receive my business in the coming years & I will refer friends and family here! Thank you Raja & Frist Automotive! We couldn't be happier with our new purchase!

I just recently bought my first car here, and it was the BEST experience! They had my dream car and Rami was so helpful in assisting me through the whole process!
