this is the worst branch in town!! i have tried to handle my financial affairs here multiple times and have only encountered LAZY workers who lie because they don’t want to do their job (the specific employee’s name is Evan Bates). If there wasn’t another branch if First Horizon in town, I would close my accounts with this bank just because of the LACK of customer service here! Do better!! you’re handling people’s money!

Very smooth and easy process when signing up for a new checking account. I only banked online and I needed to cash a check. Unfortunately the check that was written out didn’t have a bank on it so no bank was able to cash it. That said, Hailey Webb at this location made my headache go away by just easily setting me up with an account and I was out in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, she did tell me that I would have to wait 9 days until I saw the check that I deposited, which sucked, but I was okay with it. Not even 5 minutes after I left, she emailed me and said that she was able to get the hold removed from my check and that I will see the funds by midnight. Something I hadn’t even asked or expressed to her as a request, was taken into her own hands and made my experience that much better. Needless to say, I felt that Haley was deserving of this review as I think she went above and beyond to make sure that I enjoy my banking experience with First Horizon. Thank you Hailey!

Recently visited ATM at this location on Church Street. There was a long wait in line about 3 or 4 cars. When I got to ATM, it took several minutes after retrieving my bank card to proceed as if it was Stuck. Then I enter my pin, several minutes again. As I wait patiently, it asks which language so I select English. The message returns "preferences cannot be processed" I proceed with transaction of withdrawal. ATM then returns my bank card with Message " We cannot process your transaction at this time" I never received my cash but when logging into my account, it shows a withdrawal. Very DISAPPOINTING. There has been several issues this last week with logging into mobile and online banking along with ATM issues. I am furious with First Horizon at this point and I am unable to speak with a representative until Monday. Seeking other Banking Alternatives.

Always have a good experience banking here. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I deposit a check for say $1,000.00 and I have $10.00 in the account, I can only get $10.00 cash back from the check. That is annoying because I have banked here for years. All the debits are automatically withdrawn unless we put extra money in to eat out on. Yeah, that's annoying...But the service is always good ?

I called about a question at 9am. I was told they would call back in few minutes. Its 1pm now. Closing time. No phone call. Their office manager had just stepped to the back.so disappointing.

Always have a good experience banking here. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I deposit a check for say $1,000.00 and I have $10.00 in the account, I can only get $10.00 cash back from the check. Tired of the ATM being down. It seems that every other time I try to come here the ATM doesn't work. Sitting here like a target holding cash trying to deposit. So ridiculous. Take care of your ATMs it's a business day. Don't go rn because they aren't taking deposits. Need to find a new bank.

I enjoy banking with first Tennessee and I’ve always had good experiences at this location. There is a lady I am unsure of her name but she has always sat at the first table when you walk in and she is extremely friendly. She has brown hair and she is always smiling. However, when I went in today 11/10/2018 I talked to someone named Chelsea Jones or Johnson and she was very rude. I normally go to the one in south Knoxville on Chapman highway and the workers at both of the locations are phenomenal! She was extremely unwelcoming and seemed annoyed that I was talking to her. I plan to call the manager and let them know because this kind of attitude is unacceptable. I have no intentions of coming to this location again unless I have to.
