I HATE this branch. Been with them for YEARS. The only branch I will use from now on is the one on memorial and Thompson. I will never use this one again. They made a mistake instead of accepting fault they tried to turn something around on me. Completely insane and not professional. The only person I trust at this branch is Betty.

I will not recommend this bank; they lie and take advantage of you, they won't even apologize for their faults, shady bank, is there an option for no star? They don't deserve this star after all. Shame

I've been to several different FTB in murfreesboro tn and have always been nor only served , but cared about. Any issue that's come my way has always been addressed professionally but in a personal manner. I've never been talked down to. From the very first time that I walked into ftb and Preston Adcick got me started with a bank account. That may seem trivial , but I hadn't had one in a very long time. He treated me like a person. He was great. All other folks has been too. Thank you all so very much.

Their online banking process is ridiculous and absurd. My 94 year old father, who has banked at this institution in Murfreesboro for over 30 years, was humiliated by the person and the process even after giving all the pertinent information. I was present for this. It was from someone named Emily who was calling from Knoxville. I am trying to contact as many managers or people of authority to protest this.

I'm surprised to see any negative reviews about this bank. I have banked at three different places in Murfreesboro through the years, and First Tennessee has been, for me, the absolute tops. People are friendly, efficient, and caring. Five star ratings are things I rarely give, but FT deserves it.

I've been a customer for 7 years but have never really felt welcome here. The savings account rate is garbage at 0.01%. I just signed up at a credit union and get 0.30%! What made me leave was their liberal views spewed on social media and a particularly bad service instance. While in the safety deposit vault a worker came by, shut the gate and locked me in. I tried to get the teller's attention for a good while but she was too busy talking to the security guard. When she finally saw me she shouted "He locked himself in!" When she let me out I told her I had been locked in by a worker to which I got a halfhearted brushoff.To top that off I was told they couldn't match or beat the preapproval mortgage rate I got from 2 other banks. I'm leaving once my last deposit clears.

The branch on Northfield in Murfreesboro just accused my daughter of forgery. She was trying to cash some checks for donations for her school's club. The woman said they don't take checks made out to "cash". Two supervisors at the 800 number said they DO take these types of checks! The teller treated her like a criminal and I'm not sure if it's that she's a teenager or the fact that she's not white! Unacceptable!

The atm area was clean and worked well. They have open drive thru areas too which is nice. Easy to get in and out of.

Larry Miller is the bank manager. He has no sense of professionalism and no idea what tact is. We went in today and there he decided to speak disrespectfully to clients and employees. I will be removing my money and closing my account immediately due to bad business attitude. He might want to think twice about the way he speaks to people and the consequence of his actions.
