I came to the Memorial Blvd location for months to just cash checks. The ladies were always SO SO kind…so much so that I opened an account. I love how personal it is. Great bank…even better people.

Excellent bank for conducting business locally as well as nationally. I live in the area and there are multiple First Bank locations and the people are exceptionally kind. I enjoy going to first bank because I am treated first class and as if I am their most important customer. Thank you for helping me with my business And having such great customer service.

I spent years with another local branch. However, I opened an account with 1st Bank 4 or 5 years ago. It was going to be my secondary bank. I just absolutely love them and they are the only bank I use now. It is all because of one amazing employee too. She goes beyond the call of her job and who I just adore. She make me enjoy my experience every time.Her name is Mrs. Donna. Mrs. Donna is a gem. She is always kind and she treats me like I was part of her family. I just love her to pieces ❤️. Thank you Mrs. Donna for always making me feel welcomed. You are the heart of this place.I really do love the small town feeling banking with these amazing people. If you want the same thing for your banking needs, then go see Mrs.Donna and tell her Chris sent you. I really do appreciate your help and kindness throughout the years.

Not a fan of this location, never can get any real help at this one and they seem to transfer the call or when I do get a chance to talk to someone they aren't very helpful or have bad attitude.

I’ve been banking with fb for a little over 2 years now and can’t say enough good things about them. They gave me a loan to get my house when no one else would and for that I’ll do all my banking with them for life.

Everyone is a receptionist transferring to another department with an endless loop of "sorry, I can't help you." For 3 months and 15 phone calls, Not an isolated case. I talked with at least 10 different people. The couple of people who supposedly can help are always on vacation and don't return calls.The Franklin Synergy merger was a fiasco. Website and account issues for months. When my contract job goes permanent, I'll be moving my mortgage and banking to Wilson Bank. I should've done it in 2019

First Bank is a disaster. I've been trying to resolve payments with their mortgage department since October and still receive collections threats when on forbearance. No one returns calls and the mortgage department is always on vacation.I'll be at Wilson Bank in a few months.

I just went to the ATM and pulled out $20 for my tip at Kroger. I went around through the drive through to get 4, $5 dollar bills. I was told they don’t do that. I’ve never been to another bank that I paid $3.50 for a fee to pull out money, and then couldn’t get my bill broke down. Very grateful that I bank with First Horizon and Pinnacle. I think they should look at more customer centric policies.

I use to have good experience with this location but called 800 number and the lady had an attitude with me. She couldn't hear me at first so got and attitude after she couldn't hear me immediately. Then got an attitude after I told her I didn't have my ban account number. After she put me on the line with my bank it's like they refused to help me after getting off the phone with the rude operator. Will no longer be going to this branch for anything at all.
