The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The sales associate that helped me took the time to listen to my needs and helped to direct me into the right pair of shoes. The shoes I ended up with are a perfect fit and are extremely comfortable!

The salesperson was very knowledgeable about shoes and also respectful of my quirky preferences. He helped me find a shoe that allows me to do my job, being on my feet all day. The free foot scan was fascinating. I would recommend Fleet Feet to anyone.

Incredibly friendly staff. This is the only store you can go to to get properly fit for the shoes you need. If you plan on running or walking for exercise, do yourself a favor and get your feet scanned, and let Fleet Feet put you in the right shoes for your specific feet. They know their business. And let them tie your shoes, it's part of the experience.

I had such a great experience at the Murfreesboro Fleet Feet! I feel horrible I don’t remember the guys name who helped me…. (He had a mustache and dark hair if that helps 🤣) but he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I felt comfortable and cared for from the moment I walked in AND I walked out with a great pair of shoes!

Apparently if you don't make an appointment ahead of time you aren't going to get serviced. A 20 min wait was more like 40 with no end in sight. I left and walked over to DSW.

I am a retired male, and walk an average of 15-20 miles per week (mostly, but not exclusively on indoor tracks) , and am active in playing pickle-ball. I recently visited Fleet Feet to better understand the new cushion-oriented shoes that seem to be all the rage right now. I have been a committed Mizuno fan for years, but am conscious of the wear and tear on my joints, and wanted to learn more about any technology improvements that might lessen this. I was fortunate to have as my sales rep a young lady named Maddie. Maddie was exceptionally knowledgable, and very methodical and patient with her service, introducing me to several viable options. While I now understand the benefits of the cushioning of these newer names in this field, I also learned more about how each option provided foundational stability in addition to cushioning, and ended-up with a newer model of a Mizuno shoe that provides both, better meeting my specific needs. Maddie's knowledge and professionalism guided me to choosing an optimal option for me. Thank you Maddie, and thank you Fleet Feet.

Recently purchased a pair of shoes from Fleet Feet Murfreesboro. I am 63 yr old male with some foot issues, not a runner or athlete. But the sales rep was trained and knowledgeable about fitting me with shoes that suited my needs. I was very pleased with the experience.
