Always had a good experience here until lately. Bought a geek bar the other day, (27$) and as soon as I got home I tried it and it tasted horrible, metallic. Took it back, still at 100% juice so they knew i didn't really use it. I just wanted another one, but after she took it in the back and tried it, which is weird to me, she said nothing was wrong with it. I turned around and threw it in the trash. I will never shop here again, which is sad bcuz I come here every week since it opened. Never again.

I bought 2 VIHO SUPER CHARGE vapes from there and they wouldn't hold a charge. I would fully charge them and I took 2 hits then they would go dead. I tried to take them back to evenly swap them and they refused. So I will never go back there

Galaxy Vape Store is hands down one of the best vape shops around! They always have a great selection of products and new flavors to try. The staff is welcoming and really knows their stuff, they make sure you leave happy with exactly what you need. Prices are fair and the vibe in the store is awesome. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who vapes!

I had a great experience at Galaxy Vape Store! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, they really take the time to explain the products and help you find exactly what you need. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a wide selection of vapes, e-liquids, and accessories at great prices. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

Galaxy Vape is one of the best vape shops in Murfreesboro hands down!!! They have such a wide variety to choose from and the staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly! Alex is the best! Definitely my go-to place :)

Poor management! First issue I had at that store bought a vape that night puffed on it maybe two or three times before going to bed plugged it up to charge. It wouldn’t work anymore. Took it back up there the next day the worker that was working said we would have to bring it back at a certain time when the manager was there they even tried to plug it up and everything. The manager didn’t do anything about it tonight I go in there looking for a certain vape paid, but then seeing the one I wanted so the worker called the manager and she said she wouldn’t reimburse me for the difference which was $10 wouldn’t put it on my number that I could trade it for something the same price. The worker kept apologizing and I told her it was not her fault but that is poor management and you will lose customers quickly that way.

there’s about a million other vape shops in town, go anywhere but here. very over priced & rude workers. horrible customer service, if you buy a bad vape that doesn’t work- don’t expect them to do anything abt it!!! congrats- you wasted money bc they won’t refund or exchange it do you!

Galaxy vape is one of a kind! I get greeted as I walk on the door and receive excellent service. The establishment is very well organized. Definitely my go to one stop vape shop
