GameStop is a home base for gamers, offering new and used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories for all major systems, including retro gaming. The store also carries trading cards, sports cards, Pokemon cards, and other TCGs, and is now buying PSA graded collectibles. Its inventory includes a lot of gaming, anime, and pop culture merchandise like collectibles, action figures, apparel, and board games. Customers can sell or trade in old consoles, games, accessories, and phones for cash or store credit. Customer service experiences vary. Many employees are well-informed, helpful, and ready to assist, making processes like PSA grading submissions quick and easy. Some staff are described as very nice and willing to resolve issues, such as swapping an incorrectly sold empty product for a full one. However, experiences are not always positive; some customers have encountered rude employees who talk down to them over the phone. The stores carry a lot of different inventory, but some locations appear understaffed and have definitely seen better days. Despite inconsistencies, it remains a spot for gamers to get their game on, either by stopping in or buying online for in-store pickup.
One guy working there was pretty rude but they were busy.

Dropped of some DBZ cards for PSA grading yesterday. It was my 1st time submitting anything for grading. Anisa was super helpful, made sure I understood the process and answered all my questions. The whole processes only took a couple of minutes.
Thank you!

Caahier greeted me as soon as I entered the store. He smiled and was friendly. No complaints at all whatsoever.
