we waste your time squad
DONT COME HERE IF YOU'RE HOPING TO GET A FREE Diagnosis BECAUSE THEY WON'T LET YOU UNLESS THE PROBLEM IS "VERY SIMPLE"
And to make it worse they offered a free 20 min diagnosis over the phone and then was told NO in store and then the employee sugested that I pay $180 for a service plan! SO IN CONCLUSION DONT COME HERE BECAUSE Geek squad is just mediocre squad

The employees were very knowledgeable about the problems with my computer. They were kind and patient as well as understanding. They fixed my computer and I had it back the next day. Thanks Geek Squad!

It is absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone. You must set up appointments to even speak with someone, which is crazy. There are way too many other companies out there that do the same thing with good customer service, so there is no need to even try Geek Squad in my opinion.

The Geek Squad, Murfreesboro was outstanding in installing and setting up multiple devices at my home. There was a number of items to be installed and multiple teams ended up coming over to help out. They were courteous, very professional it really helped us out.
