We always go to GFS for their excellent customer service.Thanks to Ashley for helping me find items for our church meal and Matt for suggesting the right cheesecake.Even during their remodeling with limited space, employees are friendly and helpful.Our first choice.

I avoid coming here, and if I do, I really regret it. I would give it a zero if I could. Coming here to pick up an order is a nightmare. Either they can't find your order or the order is not here, but you get a text from the store saying your order is here.

I went looking for deals and trying to locate that “school pizza” that the schools get from GFS but I didn’t find either. Despite crossing paths with 4 employees, we weren’t acknowledged at all. No pizzas to be found, and doing the math on some of the other items that use it was just cheaper to continue buying at WallyWorld.

I will drive an hour away to a different gfs before i ever come back to the Murfreesboro location! Not only is it disgusting but the employees are useless, they had rotting onions covered in fruit flies, and when i say covered i mean it the onions were turning black and the fruit flies were swarming around them i have never seen that many in one spot. After searching for at least 10 minutes I asked an employee if he knew where the sausage was because they are remodeling part of the building and moved a bunch of stuff and he just said to look in the new coolers and said he thought he saw some this morning, never found any. They were out of a ton of products of course they were the ones i needed. The bathroom strongly smelled of mold. I had to go find another employee after about 20 minutes because the kid at the register needed help and was to soft spoken to be heard over the intercom.

Seemingly small inside because of Covid they have a small space about 200 square feet of retail space. You order by menu and a person brings your order to you. They didn’t change the concept since Covid. It is efficiently amazing shop. All kinds of frozen foods that they sell I thought only to restaurant’s. We can purchase too. Very quick, affordable service.

people at the store were rude. Their register did not work and made us wait then told us to move all the stuff we put on the register counter. They did not aay thanks or sorry for your wait. including the manager there. will never go back there agin

I found everything I was looking for and the prices were very good. The staff were extremely helpful and several walked me around to what I needed. I will definitely shop there again!

Isles by fridge section congested with pallets to stock, I guess, but made it hard to maneuver shopping carts. Some things seem kind of pricey with no selection to choose a less expensive option (I purchased footlong hot dog buns, only one selection, and it was $10 something for 2 packs.) Has a lot of bulk options for purchase.

Sometimes there are good values to be had, but oftentimes you are paying more than at Kroger or certainly Aldi nearby. I had two ad specials that scanned full price and had clear signs on the items. They had me go back through the one line to get it refunded and then scanned it over again to charge me. Wasted my time and it was clearly their fault. The female manager on duty seemed disinterested all the way around in any sort of customer service. I have purchased quite a bit there over the years, but it's really not worth the effort to stop by any longer.

I ordered online for the 1st time with GFS since my spare time was limited today. Placed my order @ 7am , I got a email right away saying order was su successful and would be ready at 9am and I would receive a email and a text when ready to pick up.I headed that way at 9am, arrived in their parking lot at 920am, waited until 950am, still nothing. Went in, nobody at the service desk, one cashier waiting on customers, finally a very young woman arrived and said she was the manager. I told I ordered online at 7am and showed her my phone with my order number, she looked it up and she said it has been picked and she wasn't sure why I had not been contacted, she apologized and said she would go retrieve it . 15 minutes later I see her pushing around a cart filling my order ! When she finally finished she said one item was not in stock and another item was 1 short. I informed her when I ordered at 7am it verified that all items were in stock and now my order is short because they failed to fill it when ordered, she only offered a apology and said I would not be chadged for items not filled. Never offered a replacement item and refused to give me a store credit on items not filled, she apologized and walked off after I told her I would contact corporate. I had to box my own items and bring it out to my vehicle and load it .

Selection is kind of limited and like half of the prices I saw were more expensive than going to Kroger. It’s quick though, and the staff were nice
