Office manager Ashley does a great job and has a good attitude very friendly and all the residents I've met so far are so welcoming and friendly it's nice and quiet and clean.

I visited a friend that lives here and I must say I was surprised by the size of the units. The kitchen is a bit small but the living room, bedrooms, and bathroom were all decent sized rooms.

I don't live here but I'm basically being persuaded to live here and I just can't figure out why. But I'm doing this review today figure out if someone could answer to the pest issue. IS THERE A BUG PROBLEM AT THIS COMPLEX? If someone who currently lives here could touch on that I would greatly appreciate it. I understand the poverty and homelessness that Murfreesboro is facing right now. It's very sad. Being on the outside looking in at this'd property its nothing to really look at and comfortably call it home. They say one apple ruins it for the entire bunch. Well what I see & hear about this place is more bad than good. Anything good about the place? Is there a roach problem? Thanks in advance.

Tried getting a application the lady told us she had to go to another property and come back the next day at a certain time and then never showed up to work or bother calling us and letting us know we wasted time sitting outside

They literally never answer the phone... even drove by 3 times in one day on 3 different days and the office was closed. But they won't post a listing with any information. Just saying contact the property. Smh this complex is truly a joke. I kept hearing all of this rave about newand better management but it seems more like NO management

I have called this place numerous times and just keep getting emails about how someone will reach out but it’s been two weeks. Im calling during office ours and no one ever answers this is strange to me. Im going to have to reach out to whoever owns this property

although i’m moving out i’m truly sad since i’ve watched management changed in positive ways. i just want to thank the property manager mya and ast mgr Taylor for resolving my issues. i’m glad it finally got took care of. couldn’t of ask for a better experience ☺️

I came to visit a family member last weekend and saw trash everywhere. In the grass, breezeway, parking lot etc. I even saw graffiti on one of the buildings. I have visited them before and have never seen the complex this bad. It's really sad to see this happen to what was once such a nice and vibrant apartment complex.
