Cory was our project design specialist. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He was able to provide us with evidence based knowledge with a laser instrument and is a true expert in this field. The office staff was polite and friendly, helping walk us through the financial part of the project. And last but not least the crew that came out and worked on our property. Their attention to detail and work ethic is something to commend. If you are looking for a company that still has a hometown feel, I would highly recommend Ground Up. I can’t say enough good things about this company and was extremely impressed.

We had ground up do our foundation. Wonderful up front. The work has been finished and we had new cracks and my floor has dropped from the baseboard in my kitchen. I ask them to come back. They did and said it is because the ground is dried finally. Well they wanted to charge me more money to come back and fix what should have been addressed from the first bid.I spoke with Jim. He is the business partner. He could care less about my problem.I have ask several times for Derrick to call me back. Even their office staff understands that I am just asking for my home to be fixed from the part that I originally asked them to come out for.I feel like Corey got caught in the middleIf there had just been some care through Jim I would have felt better.I am having to pay another company to come fix my home.I can’t get them to come out and take a picture to show me that they even did the work I paid for.I asked for pictures of before and after.Still waiting for a call back.NothingSilence.And they were highly recommended as a small business that cares about their customers.

We were under contract on a property that was built around 1930. We had many questions about the condition and height of the crawl space and well as the overall integrity of the structure. Cory was available on short notice to come and inspect the home inside and out. He was so friendly and helpful to work with! He was extremely knowledgable and patiently took the time to fully educate us on the present condition as well as the future integrity of the home. His services saved us from taking on a project that would have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars as well as lots of time and heartache. Our family is beyond grateful and would recommend Cory to evaluate any of your foundation concerns!! Ground up is hands down the company to hire! I will have them inspect ALL of my future purchases from now on!Cory is our guy!

A few months ago we noticed cracks near some of the doorframes in our home. Mark came over to inspect inside and under our house in the crawlspace to come up with a bid that could take care of the foundation issues we had.We really appreciated how he never made us feel pressured into any decisions and was always available to answer our questions during the entire process. We ended up splitting the job into two phases so we could afford it without financing and both times things were handled professionally and effectively by the crews that came out to work here. At the end of the second phase the crew found that some of the materials originally planned for wouldn’t be needed and were able to save us several thousand dollars off the final invoice as a result.Great experience by this company helping us handle what was an intimidating issue with our foundation repair to our home. Would definitely recommend.

Mark provided an honest opinion on a job that he would not bid on because it was not big enough. It saved me $7500 in unneeded repairs. I appreciated his honesty rather than selling me something i didn't need. I will use him for other jobs in the near future.

Kelly and his crew did an amazing job replacing an old concrete pier under my house that was sinking. They were super quick and thorough and now I have a steel beam holding things up. They stayed late to make sure everything was good to go and explained everything throughout the whole process. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Cory came to inspect our crawlspace. He was very kind, professional, and forthcoming throughout the visit. He took the time to listen to our concerns and talk through all of our options for next steps. He was obviously extremely knowledgeable and even took the time to discuss the best way for us to prepare for some upcoming construction in our neighborhood. We received the bid in an email the same night. We will definitely be contacting Ground Up when we move forward with the projects in the next year.

After beginning full demo on my father-in-law’s home who recently passed away we wanted the home in the best hands for such a special project. Everyone is so friendly, professional and down to earth. In areas where the floors would literally bounce- you can tell it has been completely transformed to a sturdy & safe foundation. They were even able to bump up the start date for the repair. From start to finish, our service with Ground Up was a pleasure. Cory came out initially to inspect our home for a sloping issue/issues in our crawl space, and he was a very knowledgeable and genuine guy, and didn't make me feel like I was going to get robbed for their services.We even had other companies come out & inspect and give us quotes, and no one else compared to Cory's demeanor & Ground Up's pricing!Fast forward to the day of the service, and everyone in the crew was very friendly and seemed to do a great job. An even bigger plus, they took the time to introduce themselves to my dog so he wouldn't be scared of them (and my dog ended up loving them). I was so relieved when the work was done, that the dip in our floors was virtually gone. We still have a slight slope in the house, but we knew that would be the case & we are still very happy with the result.Thank you Ground Up for your great customer service and a job well done. Would definitely recommend - and we will definitely use them again if we need any other repairs!

Ground Up Foundation Repair is an excellent business. The owners are great people and they run a great company. I’ve been able to count on them to do great work over the last ten years. They have done a variety of jobs for my family over the years. Each time the job looks excellent and they do what they say. I highly recommend them.***Description of Work:Added 300 feet of curtain drainage with pipe and rock. They also added 400 feet of drainage ditch with riprap. They did the all the excavation and installed the pipes and rock with no problems. The drains and ditch work perfectly. They saved our driveway and our septic system. I feel it was an excellent value for the amount of work they did. Highly recommend.
