They would not let me take an item back, even though I had the tags attached. I had the receipt and it has never been worn before because it had a red sticker on it, even though there was no red sticker on it and the receipt even said I could return it until the 18th of this month. This is the worst return policy I have ever seen. Both employees were very rude. Will not be back.

The clothes are decent. But to charge .10 PER bag when you buy clothes from the store. Is another level of stupidity….and then to walk out of the store with no bag and the alarms go off to be asked to see my receipt? Nope. A thief could walk in that store take clothes off the hanger and walk out 🤷🏼♀️ you can buy the sensor remover thing off Amazon. Good job being stupid H&M

I visited this location from out of town on a Saturday night. I found out I was going to a restaurant with a dress code and needed a quick dress and to put it on at the store. I was told that dressing rooms were already closed and they didn’t allow any exceptions. The young lady didn’t even allow me to explain or she would have known that I was walking out wearing whatever I put on that day. It was just a reminder that these stores are not for people who are use to customer service and care for customers. It was my mistake but I thought I would share. There aren’t too many places left to shop in Murfreesboro so a little customer service should definitely be at the forefront of the retail stores remaining.

i will preface this review by saying i genuinely just want to warn customers. i’m sad to say that every single one of my visits across two years (at least four or five) have been very, very disappointing. the store is being closed extremely prematurely. one instance, multiple employees approached myself and other customer asking to make our way out or to the register before the store was even scheduled to close! not to mention each and every time i've visited the fitting rooms were closed. what is a clothing store if i can’t try on the clothes?!?! what really warrants this review was the interaction i had with the manager my last visit. the fittings rooms were barricaded once again. i and another women asked for fitting rooms and were told the fitting rooms were closed because they were short staffed. i understand businesses go through this frequently, but just to set the scene there were two cashiers talking at the registers with no customers at checkout almost the entirety of my visit… the women and i pleaded that we may just quickly try them on. the employee was very agitated and attempted to snub us the entire exchange until she aggressively said fine, pushed past us, and shoved the barricade to the fitting rooms to the side with her body. the women and i exchanged appalled glances like what in the world just happened. my spouse also informed me she was very unpleasant and aggressive while he was waiting for me. nothing warrants that kind of behavior especially from an employee to a customer. by the way this employee turned out to be the manager… that says everything i think you guys need to know.

I don't go often, but the last 2 times I went, one of my items rang up higher than the tag. I can understand once, but on both of my last 2 transactions. Something’s fishy.
