The store consistently maintains a tidy and well-arranged environment. The employees are consistently courteous, and Taylor provided exceptional assistance when I needed help locating a size that wasn't readily available in the store. She exhibited patience and kindness throughout the process.

Bossy signs on door! While shopping girl at register to busy to even look up from her cell phone! Ask about a restroom. Girl applied that they don’t have one. Can’t believe you don’t have one! No service at all. Thanks, but no thanks!

Signs don't make sense. Stack of folded shirts, sitting in front of a sign that says printed tshirts $4.99, so close it was touching the sign. Get to the register, $12.99??!

online and in the front door says they open at 10 am. there are atleast 4 employees inside and doors are locked. ive seen atleast 6 people try to go and the employees can see them and are straight up ignoring them.

They close the store before closing time! If they need employees..maybe h&m needs to raise what they’re offering as starting pay!

I can count on 1 hand how many times I complain about businesses even when they deserve it but today I had the WORST experience I’ve had in a while.
Last Sunday April 3rd I went in and made a purchase. In the purchase I got my daughter 2 pairs of jeans (size ?. They didn’t fit so I went back on yesterday to exchange those jeans for a size 10, and return a few items for my son that didn’t fit…..no issues with the return - I had my receipt, nothing wrong with the items etc. I get home and those jeans didn’t fit so I take them back today…..along with BOTH receipts to exchange for 12s. My daughter only found 1 pair she liked so I was going to return 1 pair and exchange 1 pair. The young man I dealt with was very nice but he wasn’t able to assist stating he didn’t see the size 10s on the receipt…..I didn’t think much of it I just assumed a manager had to do the return…..up walks the “manager” who looks over the receipt and tells me “I don’t see these size 10s on the receipt so I can only give you a store credit”. In asking for clarification because the employee the day before didn’t “scan” the exchanged jeans her whole demeanor changed. Her attitude became PURE TRASH! She continued to tell me policy and I continued to question why an employee not doing their job correctly was my fault……When I asked for the store manager she proceeded to tell me she was the manager. Normally I wouldn’t have made a big deal about it but I felt as if she was implying I hadn’t purchased those jeans and she wasn’t going to give me “cash” back (her words)…..that is what triggered me……
Good Customer Service is so hard to get these days because people forget it ultimately boils down to customer experience. I did what I was suppose to do and because an employee made a mistake this so called “MANAGER” put the blame and problem on me. $43 to this store should not have made a loyal customer vow to NEVER return.

The fitting room still hasn’t opened which is disappointing because all other retail stores have opened theirs by this point. I think H&M is just trying to save on labor costs.
