My wife went here and they completely ruined her hair. She wanted highlights and a trim. I’ll just let the photos of the before and after speak for themselves. After crying for 15 mins after she paid $250 for her hair she went back to try to get a refund because her hair was not the blonde color she asked for and they cut off HALF of her hair when she only asked for a trim. She was devastated but they refused and tried to gaslight her and give her store credit for a scalp massage and some bs. It wasn’t until she broke down in front of them and begged them to dye it back to black that they agreed and gave her some bs hair gummies. They also yelled at her to stop crying as if she could control her emotions in that moment as a reaction to RUINING HER HAIR!!!

The ladies here are the sweetest souls and they are experts at what they do. They have been around for a long time and they treat all customers like family. I walked in for a haircut today and Boon remembered me from years ago when I used to live here, and they even shared their home cooked meal with me and another customer. 10/10 service!

The American lady with the blue hair is HORRIBLE. She completely messed up my eyebrows and then proceeded to let out a chuckle when I said hated them. Kit was kind to refund me. I’ve always had a great experience here until the lady with the blue hair touched my brows.

Horrible customer care--would not honor a buy-one-get one-free hair cut deal because I choose to get additional services which forced me to cancel the additional services to retain the discount. Glad I did! Haircut skills are horrendous!--The haircut they gave me was worse than the one received by the girl who got her hair stuck in a door in the Sixteen Candles movie! The ambiance of the place is like someone did a lid of coke and was set loose with a Bedazzler. The prices are expensive compared to others but no prices for services were posted anywhere. I was given different quotes for the same services supplied by different stylists, depending on who you ask. At one point, they offered a Brazillian Blowout (which is basically a hair treatment) as an add on without providing a price. Glad I asked--this service was $225 extra (this is the Boro, NOT GREEN HILLS). Given their unsatisfactory services and AWFUL rudeness when I tried to explain why their discount in services should reflect the buy-one-get -one-free offer (and that receiving a $65 discount is better than their auto-bundling $10 discount of a cut and color was not making sense)...and after receiving the worst haircut of my life, I would rather recommend you cut your hair yourself utilizing an online Brad Mondo tutorial than this place (trust me...your self-cut will turn out better and you can spare yourself from the bitchy bedazzled bunch).

This salon barely deserves one star. You walk in and immediately your hit by the reflection of the sun on the rhinestone covered walls, this could probably explain how crappy of a hair job these stylists do. The vibe in this place is nowhere near desirable, it looks as if a toddler designed the interior. This alone could give me an unforgettable migraine and enough to keep me at least 10 feet from this "salon" at all times. The one stylist who can't even pronounce "right" correctly without seeming like she's having a stroke gives absolutely no respect to anyone whatsoever. We had a misunderstanding when it came to the "Tuesdays buy one cut get one free" deal, and as we were trying to figure it all out these stylists were nothing but rude and unhelpful. Not only were they disrespectful but they are terrible at doing hair! did these stylists even go to school? let alone, are they even licensed? People should not have to go through all this trouble just to feel good about their hair. The fact that theres people out here questioning the knowledge of the stylists here is astronomically insane. Not only are we questioning their knowledge on cosmetology as a whole but also they're basic math skills. None of the math was ever adding up and there was zero explanation as to why. This place is tacky, full of disrespectful idiots posed as hair stylists, and awful "fashion statements." Do yourself a huge favor and don't come here. Either your hair will be so botched it looks like you were attacked by Jason Voorhees himself, or you're just incredibly nauseous from the horrendous wall decorations. Congratulations Hair-In-X-S. Once you go back to school and also learn some human decency and maybe work on your math, maybe then you can talk about what hairstyles look good and which ones look bad.

Been goin here for what seems like 20 years, maybe more. I always feel like brand new by the time I walk out of here. Such a relaxing environment to get your head washed and scalp massaged.

My son and I went in for cuts and colors. He wanted red all over with black for the shaved part. I wanted purple tips and a trim. His turned out absolutely great! He loves it. I, however, ended up with purple streaks throughout my whole head. So, I figure you've got about a 50% chance of getting what you wanted. You decide if it's worth the risk. The prices were about what I figured they'd be. $250 for 3 colors and $155 for 1. I think she gave us a discount of some kind, but I'm not sure exactly.Services: Haircut
