Went looking for a couch and found the selection to be nice - not too contemporary but certainly different than other middle of the road furniture stores. We were able to find a couch that fit our needs and space and select our fabric.
Fast forward 10 months the couch was showing a lot of premature wear and tear. We don't abuse our furniture so this was bothersome but Haverty's customer service was top-notch. A technician was scheduled and arrived on-time to provide service. Very happy.

Marny was awesome, we looked at desks at other furniture stores most of the morning, the reason we bought from you all was because of Marny. Your price was higher, but she did such an awesome job helping figure out what desk was best for us. Thank you Marny!

Our sales lady was excellent, unfortunately the reviews we found on the furniture were not. We decided to cancel our order the following day because of the plethora of my negative responses including the protection plan.

Wanted to give a big shout out to the Murfreesboro Location! Haverty’s just left after delivering my new bedroom set and I am extremely thrilled with delivery!
I had been eyeing this Set for about 6 months, decided to stop in last Tuesday (6/7/25) to lay eyes on it and continue my research. There, I met Candice, the store manager. She was extremely helpful in gathering my research.
She told me the set was on back order so I decided to go ahead and add my name to the list/reservation. What was supposed to be a 6 week wait, ended up only being a 7 DAY WAIT!
I had my furniture delivered this morning (6/17/25), and they quickly had everything assembled and ready for me. All I had to do was take a step back.
