Always a great experience i’ve bought several items at different times and mckenna the store manager is always willing to help me and takes the time to see what it is I need and explains the product very well thank you so much for the great customer service

Went in to find some work shoes. We were greeted immediately but then after asking something twice we were countered with complete attitude. We immediately walked out. I can't imagine what the woman would've acted like if we'd actually tried on multiple shoes she had to go and get. Sometimes I think people don't understand the tone they are using and how they are coming across but this woman absolutely did. We had great service everywhere else we went that day. Do yourself a favor and didn't even try this place.

I will never deal with agian for sure. Wife got me boots of their Truck at her work. Guy said of not right size, it wouldn't be a problem. Well guess what, it sure was. Told no money back and wouldn't change them out. Finally they did and my wife had them order her some at store for her work. Come in and they ordered wrong size. Then fought to get them order her the right ones. Get them finally and get them home and they have a defected sole with a massive knot in them. Told us they have already exchanged to many times and to kick rocks. Needless to say the first wrong shoe for wife was wrong and they didn't fill out the ticket properly. Then finally got the right after fighting and now it's actually right size but defected and they say o well. This was an hour and 15 minute drive one way for me and we made 3 diffrent trips up there to try to get the right stuff.TERRIBLE business and company. And only reason got a 1 star is cause had to. Also get same shoes online almost half price.

The absolute RUDEST old hag of a woman who owns this place was screaming at someone outside for parking too close to her store. I immediately left after witnessing her uncalled for tantrum. And after seeing other reviews on here, I guess her disgusting attitude is the norm for her.

They spent about a half hour with me looking for the work boots that I needed. When it was discovered that they did not carry what I needed, they took the time to search for a place that did.

Manager admits to lying to customers! Very unfriendly to customers. I witnessed to owner trying to charge more for a hat than advertised however the computer wouldn’t except the higher price. The most unprofessional and rude establishment I have witnessed in a very long time. If you have any other options to buy shoes I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere! If I could give them zero stars I would. I have never written a negative review about anyone however I am appalled at the ugliness of this business!

If you are looking for safety shoes, vionics, or SAS you need to check out Hayes. They have a large selection of numerous brands and if its not available on the shelf the sales team is always happy to order it for you with a smile.

Many choices of work shoes and purchased two pair. The fiance to one of the workers who came in to pick up his girlfriend was most helpful and engaging. One older sales person would not measure my feet upon asking and said we will just keep trying on what size you think you are. Unprofessional.... She also did not know how to work the register. The website did say they had CAT brand boots, but when I got there they laughed and said no.
