Booked a month in advance and was told that they didn’t have the reserved vehicle. Jason was no help at all. The branch manager was on vacation and 1-800 number made things worse. So we had to cancel our entire trip. Save yourself the stress and go with another rental company.

Terrible customer service. Ezzard displayed terrible customer service. Please place Ezzard back in training to learn how to speak to people needing assistance/customer. Also please update website that says you must have your reservation on file for 24 hours before you’re able to rent a car. A 2 star rating for this location is very on par.

New and young people who need a rental beware. The staff are not helpful and confusing at times make sure you do your research and speak to someone who's rented a car before. I thought I had all my ducks in a row and I got taken for a ride by the older gentleman who very obviously did not want to rent a car to me.

I rented a cheap car from 9-15-9-16, placed on a debit card and was told I’d be refunded if I brought the car back earlier. I brought it back 9-16. In the meantime I called Hertz and recorded a lady stating if I pre paid I would not get my refund but if I didn’t that I would. A few minutes later my money was withdrawn from the bank. I will be speaking to the local Hertz tomorrow as I was told I’d be refunded if the car was not used the entire time I reserved it for. Stay tuned. I hope they do the right thing, otherwise $237.00 charges for one day and additionally a $500 deposit.

Absolutely Unacceptable Service - Avoid at All Costs
I'm writing this review to warn others about the abysmal service I received from Hertz. Despite booking and paying in full three weeks in advance, I arrived at my scheduled pickup time only to discover they had zero cars available. Not a single vehicle. No one bothered to call ahead or provide any notification about this complete failure to honor a confirmed, paid reservation.
The situation went from bad to worse when I tried to resolve this over the phone. After waiting on hold for 9 minutes, I was simply hung up on. When I called back and finally reached a representative named Jason, he also hung up on me mid-conversation. This level of unprofessionalism is staggering.
As a direct result of this experience, I've cancelled all future reservations I had with Hertz. When a rental company can't fulfill basic obligations like having cars available for confirmed bookings and providing respectful customer service, they've lost any right to your business.
Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. There are plenty of other rental companies that actually show up with cars when they're supposed to and treat customers with basic human decency. Hertz clearly isn't one of them.

Made a rental a few days in advance for a Tesla model three, it was the one of the many EV‘s that they advertise having at this location. Then, while in a uber, I got a call from the same guy I talked to a while back about my reservation, he then informed me that there are no Teslas there or EV vehicles at all. So thank you for having me pay for a useless uber ride as well as wasting my time and not being apologetic at all. You can pay me back $22.66

Hertz just hit my parents with a $200 charge for a flat tire — without ever explaining the options or fees that came with it. No discussion, no transparency, just a surprise bill. This is a perfect example of taking advantage of two genuine people without thought or concern towards how you’re treating them.
Flat tires happen, that’s not the issue. The problem is being blindsided. If Hertz had taken two minutes to explain how these situations are handled, my parents could have made an informed decision and gotten the tire plugged at a nearby tire store we use often- for FREE. Instead, they were left paying for something they didn’t agree to or even know about.
This feels less like customer service and more like a cash grab. When people rent from a company as big as Hertz, they expect honesty and clear communication — not hidden charges.
We’ll be thinking twice before ever renting from Hertz again, and I’d recommend others do the same until they learn to treat their customers fairly.

I was nervous to reserve from this facility based on other reviews, however the customer service was great. I had to reserve a car last minute, booked online and arrived the next morning for pick up. I was able to quickly complete the paperwork and get on the road. Everyone was friendly and efficient.
My only feedback, the car didn't seem to be cleaned from the prior use. The windows had fingerprint smears and it could have been vacuumed.
I would recommend using them for any future car rentals.

Employee put in wrong details for the rental and ruined our chance of getting a car that day, and still charged my credit card $400. Ended up costing us $600 extra dollars renting from U-Haul as opposed to what car we reserved online with Hertz.
