Check out how they have an Edvard Munch masterpiece next to some corporate America sponsorship shirts like fruitloops and icee. Gave me a good chuckle. I bought some slides on sale, XL, they're long enough but not quite wide enough for my hobbit-esque feet, so hopefully they stretch. Still worth at 50 percent off tho

I have been forgetting to post this for a looong time unfortunately, but I want this employee to get the proper recognition from Hollister. I don’t shop here often but I was looking for something specific and they happened to have it. I called in and spoke with an employee (I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but he had a British accent) who looked in the store, found what I needed, and set it aside for me. When I came in to get it he was so kind and had a great conversation with me. I owe him a HUGE thanks since he literally saved me with an outfit I needed for the next day.

Manager Trish is terrible. She was very rude and walked away to call security on me because I simply asked why I couldn’t return an item that I purchased two hours ago and still had the receipt.

Horrible location, not staffed! One day I was here right when it was suppose to it opened 30minutes late. Tonight the fitting rooms are closed and they are still open another 1.5hours.

The staff today 11/21/22 was beyond helpful..I came in 2 hours before family photos and needed some jeans right away. I’m 4’11 so flare jeans for my height is so hard to come by. They immediately jumped to help me & found me a pair that fit and they even helped me cut the bottom and make it look so natural you couldn’t even tell. They don’t understand how much they made my day!!! Those girls need a raise & some food recognition for going above & beyond.
