I came here with my 2 toddlers for just a couple pieces of wood to level out my fifth wheel trailer. Shout out to Evan at the self check out who came over and made the check out fun for my kiddos by playing with them and talking to them while I checked out.

I have patronized this location in the past with just mediocre service from the pro desk. Yesterday all that changed! Had to return an exterior door that a client had purchased, and was reluctant as my past experience dictated. However, this transaction was a whole different experience all together.
I had a true professional this time, andher name was Nancy!! Prompt, extremely courteous, and very knowledgeable are just a few attributes I would mention.
If you are dealing with the pro desk, take my advice and ask for Nancy, she is a true pro and knows her job. My advice to HD corporate?
Clone her quickly!

There’s an angry employee the lumber department making up rules. I was treated with a hostile and confrontational attitude for not knowing the made-up “rules.”

Purchased a dishwasher on 06/29. Initial delivery and setup/ haul away set 10 days. Date pushed to 07/22. No call or contact. Contacted store, said “they could not help” and were rude. Contacted customer care “something is going on with warehouse”. Contacted delivery services “warehouse is moving. Earliest would be 07/30”. Date set over a month after my purchase with no guarantees to hit that date. I had to call 3 numbers just to be delayed again for a purchase I made a month ago. That is ridiculous and HD can guarantee a customer has been lost based on their lack of concern for a paid customer.
UPDATE (06/23/2024): I did read the reply from the customer care team and sent them information about the issue. A date has been set for delivery and install, I hope they can ensure that this happens.

My go to for home improvement. This location also has a heavy equipment rental center which comed in super handy. I've rented everything from carpet cleaners to backhoes and more. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The worst Home Depot I have ever been in. If you need anything from the lumber aisle forget it on a weekend. They park all the on line orders there along with restocking lumber with the fork lifts. OSHA NEEDS to pay a visit to this store.

This location doesn't honor their corporate paint color satisfaction guarantee. We ordered a dark green with brown undertones and they gave us neon green and didn't want to fix it
