Nancy was absolutely amazing during this entire process. We have had multiple escrows and I had to use someone new because of buying out of state. I asked for a referral from my normal loan guy and he connected me with nancy. I am so grateful he did!!! This has absolutely been the best escrow experience we have ever been a part of. She has been professional and she has continued to be ahead of the game from day one. She has made herself available 7 days a week via text or phone. She has earned my business for life! I highly recommend!!!

My husband and I have been wanting to put in an inground pool for quite sometime. We shopped around found the company we were going to use, the style of pool, made the drawings, got the permit forms printed. All we needed now was the cash.Previously, we had bought our house at a great time and we’ve built up a little bit of equity. So I found Nancy online to do a home refinance with cash out for a pool.Nancy and I talked for about an hour and a half, after I got out of work, when everyone else is closed, sorry Nancy lol.At the end of the call she said, ya know what…we can do the pool and everything will be great but I have to tell you, you both have a lot of debt and I think you should pay that off before you do anything else. We talked more about it and my husband and I decided she was totally right. Especially with the way the economy is right now! I knew I could trust her because she didn’t know me from anything, and all I was telling her was how much I wanted a pool. Odds were I would just say forget it and do something else, but she did what was right - not what would just giver her a check. And now in hindsight, I am soooo thankful I listened to her! With credit card interest rates rising like crazy, we don’t have to worry at all.End of the day, Nancy has helped our finances tremendously! I could not trust her more.

I am self employed and that can be a challenge in home buying and to add to that I was out of state. Nancy stuck with me from the first conversation about moving to Tennessee to the final signing.
