Really great experience at Murfreesboro Honda. Came here because another Honda dealership was less than stellar. These folks have been amazing. Dylan in particular in sales was extraordinary. He stayed late and did more than I could ask to get me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He understood where and was I wasn't pushy or sales like. 10 stars so far. Also a shout out to Skyler in finance for staying late as to complete the paperwork. Also a real nice guy.

Laquisha Laquisha Laquisha baby she is freaking awesome. She made my car buying so easy. Man if you are looking for a vehicle please go see her. She's patient, kind and understanding. I even said no at first, then days later changed my mind and she was right there searching for what I needed and wanted. Absolutely UH-MAZING. Tried to order a replacement gas cap for my CRV. Tried online and did a virtual chat. Message said he would get back with me shortly. Never heard another word. Don’t recommend the parts dept.

I had an oil change and check-up here. Only AFTER the oil change, I had problems because the engine kept stalling and would shut off at a stop. I explained that this usually happens due to a loose connection as has had happened before and I just wanted a quick simple fix. I complained that Honda should troubleshoot the program since they missed it or created the problem. After arguing for 5 min, I got the technician to look under the hood. He briefly looked at the oil chamber, refused to do more, and said I would need to pay $220 for diagnostics because it was an electrical problem.
I went elsewhere. Another technician over the phone astutely recognized that this a common problem of a loose air filter hook that is not reconnected after inspecting air the air filter. It took 2 sec for them to point out to problem and I hooked it back together. Paid nothing. Car drives smoothly now without stalling.
So in conclusion, Honda either intentionally left a part unhooked that would cause my car to stall dangerously out of malice, leading me to pay exorbitant fees for diagnostics. Or their technicians are so clearly dumb and incompetant that they don't recognize a basic air filter connection causes this common issue. Either way, very poor service. Would never return here.

Just recently purchased a new vehicle from here and had a great overall experience thanks to J'Coria Lewis. She was super chill and easy to talk to which made the experience that much better. Highly recommend her if you plan on visiting this dealership.

My husband and I bought this Honda HRV last month. We love it! Everyone at the dealership was so nice. We did have an issue which was resolved by Heath Elliott the general manager. He was so kind and such a gentleman. We would definitely go back there and would recommend Honda of Murfreesboro!

AJ is an amazing salesman to work with. My daughter’s have both purchased cars with him and the past couple of days he has helped my son decide on a car. I can’t imagine working with anyone other than AJ. Tonya in finance was phenomenal explaining everything clearly. She was able to answer any questions or concerns we had. It was his first car finance experience and I’m glad it was at Honda of Murfreesboro.

I’ve never considered shopping for other brands until I had to deal with this dealership 3 times. One incident more complex than the latest but everyone should ask themselves why buy a Honda when the dealer will forget to fill the oil during maintenance? Or why get it serviced here at Honda of Murfreesboro if they will remove an essential harness by accident, and then say ,”oops, but it will be a few weeks without your stereo until we get it in.” Lastly, the incident that made me leave this review was simple. Leaving your customers on hold for 30 minutes and then refusing to answer as soon as business hours are over. At least tell me you are busy rather than wasting my time. Very disappointed and I am now shopping for other brands in an effort to steer clear of this dealer.

Do not take your car to this dealership. I took my vehicle for several years to the local Honda dealership in Minnesota and had no issues.
Here the same service representative has recommended twice to do unnecessary services. This last time they told me my car needed a new battery and had a rear main leak, which they will gladly fix for about $2600. I took it to another auto repair shop, they inspected my battery and it was fine. I also did not have an oil leak, the pan just needed to be resealed. It cost me less than $900.
I have been a faithful Honda customer but I think my next vehicle will be a Toyota.

Bought a 2022 armada been almost a year ago. Couple of days after purchase noticed rear A/C didn't work. They told us to take it to local nissan dealer. .. We live in western Ky... The ac lines to rear air had been cut and sealed off. Wow was I upset.. called and all good.. they came to my house got the car left me a car to drive till it back to tenn, fixed it, brought it back to Ky... still working today. Can't say enough about them.. would recommend to everyone... thanks so much will be going there first no matter what my next vehicle purchase may be.... thanks again
