Hot Topic has a wide variety of miscellaneous items ranging from clothes, jewelry, and pins to gag gifts & original collectables. Prices are reasonable.

My partner and I ducked into the store with our six year old because we both used to be Hot Topic kids and I saw some fun backpacks I thought our kid would like through the window. The level of service we received was exceptional! I have been in both boutique and corporate retail management for over 15 years, and would hire any of the people working that day in a heartbeat. Everyone at this location deserves a massive raise (because even the worst retail employee is underpaid)! I have not received that level of service in years. They were all incredibly attentive, aware of who was in the store and where they were, and were engaged and eager to help us at any moment. I don’t really shop at chains or corporate retail anymore, but I will definitely be back to this location simply because of staff. Five stars all around!

I took my great granddaughter in to look for a shirt she wanted. She found the shirt and also some socks I was absolutely shocked by the low price and even asked if they were sure it was correct! Ladies at the counter were way younger than me, and they were so incredibly nice and so very professional.

Extremely helpful staff with impressive knowledge of their inventory. I go at least twice a month and the girls are polite and helpful.
