Made an appointment with someone and door didn’t get open until 10 minutes later. The person that was supposed to handle the tax return isn’t even here at the location and my documents aren’t present.

H&R Block always takes care of my mom, girlfriend, and myself. I've never had an issue with my taxes that was caused by the tax professional. And I always have a good time while at their office!

Person answering phones was rudeUpdate: forgot I placed this review and am here one year later. Phone person Tay was unprofessional on the phone and gave out personal information. I called to ask if they had same day appointments available and said I have filed with H&R block before just not this location. She asked some general questions and then my full social which I told her I did not feel comfortable giving over the phone and was never asked that and have always just been scheduled. She then became condescending and rude and that I could not be scheduled and I told her that is fine, I would schedule at the other one where I’m not asked that and thanked her for her time. She called back and said she found my full social and said it over the phone…she gave out my personal information over the phone and when I came in for my appointment I was appalled to see the place she was working was an open lobby. She did not greet me and was not the first interaction you want at a business or someone I would trust to handle personal information.

I love my tax preparer! She is super nice and so sweet, but I trust her completely! Been going to her for years now and would not go to anyone else!
