I have used H and R Block for over 30 years only to be denied the rapid advance refund for the first time ever by pathway bank. Yes I have outstanding credit - reason stated I did not bank with them enough. I will never use Ha and R black as my return will take the full time to process . This cost me money I did not need to spend. In short I was robbed by H and r block this year and it will never happen again. No more will I spend a fee for someone to do what I can do with TurboTax at home.

My husband went there on a Tuesday and took all of our paperwork. On try following Saturday he called and was told to come in at 11:00. We did so and waited 45 minutes before we were called back. When we went back and sat down the gentleman whom I will not name. He looked up our name and said let's get started do you have your paperwork? My husband said no I gave that to you on Tuesday and it was scanned into your system. Well, it wasn't!! They did not save it when it was scanned in. So we wasted the time my husband went in on Tuesday and the time yesterday. Needless to say, we left and will not be returning. One of your most important jobs is to keep up with your paperwork. You are responsible for keeping those documents safe they have all of our SSI on them and our income information. I have no trust in the way you have performed your business with us and I don't recommend you to anyone.

Been using the same lady 3 years this time she was extremly short temperd with us and then kept persuing us to fill out the rest of e returns online , when the e mail never came through, also do feel that a tax benefit was completely ignored in our benefit.
