To all my Prime Inc drivers, avoid this place at all costs, waste of time and BS loads. Dropped a trailer 4 hours later my dispatcher sent me on a load with 3 different stops that is less than 500 miles but will have you hold on to the load for 5 days, and pay you less than $1200. Honestly all the negative reviews of this place are pretty accurate, all the other ones are a bunch of bots. People at shipping and receiving are nasty and rude to you. I checked my paperwork and black lady from Departure gave me the wrong paper work, boy was she nasty and rude. Had to come
back to get correct paperwork. Tennessee has been a nightmare, rude people and the roads will test your patience and shocks.

Checked in 12 hours before 7pm my appointment which is 7 am and get dock 23:30 checked out 4:00 am

Once you get to the gate check in procedure is sending off a text and wait for a link to their website.
Fill out the form and you will get a text giving you a door assignment.
Someone from the warehouse will come out to cut the seal and have you back up to the door.
Just over two hours later I got a text with another link to Web page to sign and then I could leave.
I had to sign the paperwork for them, that's just unbelievable.
There is a restroom next to door 1 and there's a couple of vending machines there as well.
What little interaction I had with anyone wasn't very friendly.

Great place. Text the number on the sign to check in. You'll get a reply with your door number. Once they finished another link to sign bills that are picked up on the way out. Axle scale on premises and they'll have that printout with your bills. In and out in an hour and 20 minutes.

In a couple hours early for my appointment and still in a door and out under 2 hours. Great job. The check in is done through text message from a number pasted on signs once you get to the gate. Very smooth and easy. Has a scale on property that you can use and is accurate, uses your trailer number. Personnel that o actually talked to were very polite and helpful. Not sure about overnight parking or restrooms. I was a live load.

We called to check on load they said they won't load Early so come by your appointment time and then it still takes a hour to get started loading you we got out of there about 4 hours pack a lunch and they over loaded us big time there not very nice and stay in your truck unless they tell you to come in to check in there scared of truck driver

See,Driver's like Myself and others Greatly Appreciate facilities like this one !! They have a Smooth system where you use your cell phone to Check-In and Out. Even allow you to Scale your load. The two Beautiful ladies at the main in gate area were very polite and professional and made sure my Load info was correct before I left. Nice place to conduct business 💪🏿💯
