Toni helped me and my dad so much through our visit. She exceeded our expectations and we're very thankful for her. My dad and I were very pleased with the selections she pulled for us. And when we came back later after the rings my father had gotten for him and his future bride, we also got me something as a gift for being such a good helper to my dad.

To say the customer service here is exemplary would be an understatement. I had the privilege of working with an employee by the name of Randall. Not only did he help me get a beautiful engagement ring and answer my thousands of questions but he also helped me and my fiance pick out a wedding band and made sure that everything was perfect. If you are shopping for any jewelry this is the place to go! Thank you again to Randall and the amazing team at Jared for their help in preparation for our special day.

My son was looking at a watch on the website, and we saw this store carried it. Paul answered the phone, and was incredibly friendly and helpful. We visited the store the next day, and he adjusted the watch to a perfect fit, and noticed the movement was sluggish, so he replaced the battery. Paul was so genuine and customer-focused that we’d be willing to drive over half an hour to work with him again. He’s a gem!

The best experience!I had an old family ring I wanted reset/ resigned to make into a wedding band. Another jewelry shop in town told me they absolutely could not make a ring out of what I had and my best bet was to make it into a pendent- not what I wanted.Toni at Jared’s saved the day!Toni greeted us with open arms and listened to exactly what I wanted. She got the ball rolling right away, taking the existing ring to get checked with the jewelers and grabbed Naomi to verify my design idea. Naomi was filling out all the paperwork while Toni was answering all my other questions and making sure my fiancé knew details about other details for my wishlist. The beginning process of getting this ring finished was so smooth and I felt heard by Toni!! I cannot wait to get updates of the ring design process!My fiancé and I will be visiting Jared’s (specifically Toni or Naomi) for any jewelry needs from now on!

I recently had the best shopping experience at Jared’s! I needed a gift for my niece. Toni helped me with my selection. After looking at several pieces, we found the perfect gift!Toni was so helpful! If I ever need anything else, I will definitely go back to her at Jared’s!

This is a great place! The adjustments done to my wife’s wedding set took less than a hour and looks GREAT! I worked directly with Mr White just to find out he is the general manager of the store. This is a sign of quality management!

I have done business with Jared for 15 years, but yesterday 09/29/2023 was the worst experience I had with any jewelry store. I purchased an earring on Aug 29, 2023 with warranty. Approximately 1 week after purchase I brought it back to get the lock change as I had discussed with my sales person when I purchased. Since then I returned twice, but they could not get correct lock put on. On 09/29/23, when I returned to pick up my earrings they still had not done any work on it and the guy acted surprised like he was hearing it for the first time. He was present every time I went there but acted surprised. When I told him I want to returned it he started to tell me about his return policy and said he is doing me a favor by giving me refund on the earrings. I am never returning to Jared Galatia at the Avenues in Murfreesboro, TN for anything. They are only nice to you when you are making a purchase but after service is terrible.

Toni at Jared in Murfreesboro was an awesome blessing today!! She was so much more than sales professional today! My husband and I felt like we just made a new friend ☺️! She got us such a great deal on a gorgeous ring she and my husband surprised me with!!! I went to the restroom and while gone She and my husband were cooking up a surprise for me? it was SO sweet!! Thank you Toni for helping him choose such a beautiful early anniversary ring

We went to many different jewelry stores in the Nashville area. We ultimately chose this one just because of the awesome sales associates they are very friendly very welcoming and make it such a happy and enjoyable experience. They also are very knowledgeable in our patient with you on helping you figure out what you like. With that being said I have been to other Jared stores for repairs and their sales associates were not friendly so make sure to choose this store
