Good sale on men’s suit coats. Helpful sales associates. Could not find pants to match the jackets I loved. Bought 3 jackets. Will find coordinating pants somewhere else.

Stopped in Penneys to look for sport jacket for church The nicest lady I ever met help me out so much I think her name was Priscilla this was in the Murfreesboro location or associate number 0922 she made such a difference and was big help highly recommend 😇

I am disappointed with these stores. I have been a customer for a long time and every time I go I buy something, but these last few months I have felt that the staff that works there look at me and follow me around the entire store. They think that maybe I am going to steal something, but all they do is make me feel bad because it is not fair that I am going to spend my money with you JCPenny and you treat me like that just because I am Latina and even more so when what I am going to do is give you my money, even knowing that there are many other stores and I would rather go there, but it feels like a bad vibe. I no longer feel comfortable. And I would like to show you how much I spend with you, for you to treat me like that, very bad on your part. You will lose me as clients

Haven't been to a penny's in a while since that guy from apple they brought in as CEO almost ruined the chain a few years ago.
Edit: Obviously, their response is canned or AI generated as I'm giving them 5-stars for getting rid of that clown they hired as a ceo.

JC Penny Portrait studio here in Murfreesboro TN was an awful experience. We were rushed so much making the pictures come out looking bad Me and my husband took our newborn there to get his first pics taken…we were going to be in a couple as well…the photographer didn’t tell us when she was snapping so we weren’t smiling in half of them She didn’t match the background to our outfits. Our little boys name and birthdate was completely wrong on one of the enhanced photos On the bright side, there was about 4 or 5 good ones taken of our sweet baby so we got them but I was so excited for this experience to only be sorely disappointed. Maybe all the studios are not like this but I would not recommend getting your memories captured at the one inside Stones River mall.
