The bracelet has sentimental value to me since my father owned it for 30 years before gifting it to me. I’m extremely happy that J. Mullins was able to repair it within 24 hours. The woman at the counter, Michelle, was also very friendly and both her and Garret answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place for jewelry repairs.”

Shawn was very helpful in explaining the appraisal of the ring and explained to me a couple of different things and walked me through some resources. Because of this, it helped identify some miscalculations in the cost of my ring and it actually helped get a little over $4000 refunded on the ring. Very thankful.”
“The best jewelry store I have been to in middle Tennessee. The two guys who work here are knowledgeable, accommodating and know their business! I came in to have two very simple things done with two watches and they jumped right in and within 10 minutes I was out the door. In the short time I was in the store I overheard multiple conversations that impressed me. First my watches- for some reason it's very difficult to find anyone who will just put a battery replacement in and no one wants to take links out unless you purchased your piece there. Apparently liability issues... which is nuts.”

“I was absolutely pleased with the service I received from Jewel Rush. I had bought an Invicta watch online and needed it sized to fit me and when I came in the owner recognized my watch from across the room and said that’s a very nice Invicta watch, which gave me confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing.
I had tried to size it on my own with a kit I bought, but somehow managed to mess it up, and he fixed the pins the way they should’ve been, put them in incorrectly and helped size my watch to perfectly fit my arm.
When I asked what I owed him, he said it was his pleasure to help me and there was no charge but to come back and give him a chance to earn my business in the future Based on my experience, you can bet that the next piece of jewelry I buy or the next watch that I buy will definitely come from Jewel Rush.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of jewelry or a watch or any kind of repair as they are very knowledgeable and super helpful .

“I recently purchased a bracelet for my daughter for her first band performance at middle school. The associate DARA was super helpful. However, when I left, she accidentally gave me an empty box. I made it all the way home when I received a phone call from Dara Apologizing telling me that she accidentally made a mistake and gave me a box with no bracelet in it. Dara then proceeded to meet me close to my house to give me the bracelet and I was able to give it to my daughter in time before her concert. Mistakes happen, but it was great customer service to have her drive 30 minutes to meet me so that I could still get the bracelet to my daughter.”
