“The best jewelry store I have been to in middle Tennessee. The two guys who work here are knowledgeable, accommodating and know their business! I came in to have two very simple things done with two watches and they jumped right in and within 10 minutes I was out the door. In the short time I was in the store I overheard multiple conversations that impressed me. First my watches- for some reason it's very difficult to find anyone who will just put a battery replacement in and no one wants to take links out unless you purchased your piece there. Apparently liability issues... which is nuts.”

“The owners are wonderful: very gracious, generous, and knowledgeable. I saw the wonderful reviews for Jewel Rush on line and drove an hour to see if they could help me with an odd item to bring to a Jeweler: a premier hand coffee grinder whose tiny screws I had hopelessly stripped trying to repair the grinder myself. The owner advised me first on what I should buy at Home Depot to deal with such tiny screws and then offered to try to remove the screws himself. He succeeded in just a couple of minutes and then declined my offer to pay him. I was so delighted at the wonderful customer service that the sentimental dad in me took charge and compelled me to look around to find some jewelry for my daughter. I found a beautiful pair of ruby earrings that they sold me at a significant discount. My experience with the owners that afternoon renewed my faith in the jewel of human generosity that shines through the fog of human greed and corruption.”

Even though I arrived late to my appointment, they still took the time to see me without any issue. The process was quick, professional, and completely hassle-free. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and made the appraisal straightforward and easy to understand.
I was paid by check, and their bank was conveniently right around the corner—no delays, no extra fees, nothing complicated.
After trying a pawn shop first, I can confidently say I won’t be going that route again. This was a completely different (and much better) experience.
Overall, it was smooth, fair, and respectful. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.
