“The best jewelry store I have been to in middle Tennessee. The two guys who work here are knowledgeable, accommodating and know their business! I came in to have two very simple things done with two watches and they jumped right in and within 10 minutes I was out the door. In the short time I was in the store I overheard multiple conversations that impressed me. First my watches- for some reason it's very difficult to find anyone who will just put a battery replacement in and no one wants to take links out unless you purchased your piece there. Apparently liability issues... which is nuts.”

After trying a pawn shop first, I can confidently say I won’t be going that route again. This was a completely different (and much better) experience. Overall, it was smooth, fair, and respectful.
